This appliance has a ground plug which is intended to fit in an outlet only one way. If this

does not fit outlet, contact a qualified electrician.Do not attempt to by-pass this procedure.
Turning fan on/off to start the fan,rotate control switch from"0"(off) to desired fan speed(1,2,or3).
Rotating top control switch to "0"(off) position to discontinue use
Place fan blade onto motor shaft. Tighten blade by set screw securely on flat surface on motor shaft

Pushing the knob on the motor housing to start oscillation,pulling the knob to stop.

Remove four mounting screws from motor housing where indicated to use for rear grill
Take fan motor housing and insert it into extension pole and tighten the neck set screw securely
Assemble the extension pole onto base and heavy duty under the base by fastener
Using the fastener to tighten extension pole to base
Thread extension pole nut onto threads of extension pole
then assemble rear grill onto motor housing using screws, thighten the 4 screws securely
Attach front grill to rear grill with hook clip centered on the top above wire handle.Press remaining
grill clips onto rear grill to securely attach front grill.Do not operate fan without grill in place.
