* Download the drivers from: http://www.parblo.com/support.
* Open the driver file, please install “Displaylink Driver” firstly and the Graphic
Monitor will display after you installed it. Then, please install the "Digitizer Driver"
and go to the next step: Driver Setting.
(Notes: There are two drivers for Parblo Coast10 Graphic Monitor, one is Digitizer
Driver and the other is Diaplaylink Driver. If you are the computer users of Windows
XP, please go to www.displaylink.com to download the newest Displaylink Driver.)
Windows System:
* Find “Tablet Setting” in the start stray and go to “Mapping” ,
and then choose “Monitor 2” in “Select Monitor”.
If you have three monitors, please choose “Moniitor3” and click “Calibration” to
do pen calibation.
* Afterwards, please go to “Pen Setting” and use the pen to draw in
the “Try Here” area. If it has pen pressure, it means the driver installed successfully.
You can also adjust the pressure sensitivity through the turntablet in the bottom
right corner.

* The pen for Parblo Coast10 Graphic Monitor only has one shortcut key.
And it is equall to the “Right Key” of your mouse by default.
You can also personalize it in the area that the arrow pointed to.
Mac System:
* Find an icon like this . Then, click it to go to setting and click
“Region Setting” to choose “Monitor #2” in “Monitor”.
If you have three monitors, please choose “Monitor 3”.
* Go to “Normal Setting” and use pen to draw in the right blank area.
If it has pen pressure, it means that the driver
installed successfully.
* You can adjust the pressure sensitivity
through the button like below as the right
picture shows. .

1. Q: How to connect the computer with the monitor through the USB cable?
A: Please use one side that with two interfaces to connect with your computer and
the other side to connect with the monitor. If the indicator light of the Graphic
Monitor is on, it means that you did a successful connection.
(Notes: This USB cable has two sides; there are two interfaces in
the one side and only one interface in the other side. For the side
that with two interfaces, there is a point that you need to pay
attention to: The slimmer Cable is designed to avoid the insufficient
electricity supply, you can connect it according to your needs.)
2. Q: Why the indicator light didn’t on after connecting through the USB cable?
A: Please check whether the USB connector of your computer is good or not?
You can use one of your USB port (Refereed as USB01 later) on your desktop/
laptop to charge your phone or connect your mouse. Please repeat to check
another USB port (Refereed as USB02 later). Then, please confirm they are
workable or not.
3. Q: Where do I download the drivers for Parblo Coast10 Graphic Monitor?
A: Please download the drivers in www.parblo.com.

FAQ
4. Q: How to install the drivers?
A: Open the Driver Files downloaded, please install the Displaylink Driver firstly
and Digitizer Driver afterwards. The monitor displays after you installed the
Displaylink Driver. And please do the pen calibration after installed the Digitizer
Driver; if there is pen pressure sensitivity, it means that you did a successful
driver installation.
(Notes: If your computer is Windows, please switch off any of anti-virus software
of your computer/laptop and uninstall any tablet drivers of others tablet before
you install the diver.)
5. Q: What can I do if I cannot install the driver in the Mac system?
A: Please open the “System Preferences” of your computer and go to “Security and
Privacy” to choose “Anywhere”.
6. Q: What can I do if there is obvious lap between pen nib and cursor?
A: Windows: Open the “Tablet Setting” in the start stray and go to the “Mapping”
to choose “Monitor 2” in “Select Monitor”; if you have three displays, you need to
choose “Monitor 3”. If there is still a subtle lap, please click “Calibration” to do
pen calibration.
Mac: Open “Driver Setting” and go to “Region Setting” to choose
“Monitor 2” in “Monitor”; if you have three displays, you need to choose “Monitor 3”.
If there is still a subtle lap, please click “Auto Calibration” or “Default” to do pen
calibration.
