3 General/Introduction
3.1. OVEN COOLING CIRCUIT AND FLUE
The oven is cooled by a tangential fan motor located above the oven cavity
The tangential cooling starts working (regardless of which cooking operation is selected) when the oven is switched on. The fan pro-
duces an air flow that lows out from an opening between the door and the front panel. The cooling air flow may also continue for a
short time after the oven is switched off.
Diagram of the air flow
Fresh air is sucked in by the tangential fan A at the bottom part
of the oven, passes through the door via the slit u nderneath
and in the back of the oven.
After circulating in the pu rposely designed ducts, it is captured
by the tangential fan a nd expelled from the front o pening
between the door and the front panel.
The cooling fan can work at two different speeds: full speed (only during the pyrolytic cycle) and half speed (normal operation). The
half speed operation is achieved by means of a load resistor connected series on the motor supply circuit.
Venting of the humidity from the oven cavity is achieved by means of a flue chimney connecting the cavity ceiling to the upper duct
of the cooling circuit.

4 Features
4.1. Oven cavity structure
A flue has been introduced on the top of the oven compart-
ment, which leads into the ventilation duct, allowing a
reduction in the humidity that is created inside the oven
compartment.
(In the case of a pyrolitic oven there is also a catalyser)
4.2. Oven cavity - construction
New volume created by the new assembly of the oven
compartment consisting of:
A- Roof
B- Band
Which includes
Side/Back/Side (one piece)
C- Bottom
the new oven cavity is no l onger constructed using spot
welding, but with mou lding instead, which e liminates any
sharp edges to facilitate cleaning and hygiene.
6
4.3. Heating element
The heating elements are the same for all the ovens and
are screwed in place from the inside the oven compart-
ment.
The bottom heating element is easily accessible since it is
removed by extracting it from the rear side of the appliance
4.4. New deflector
WARNING! Do not attach them upside down
Do not invert the 60L. deflector with the 68L. deflector
