About this Manual
The purpose of this manual is to instruct operators of the FalconV in how to use
the scanner to perform tasks. This manual was written for standard scanning. If
you use the FalconV for remittance processing, please refer to the “FalconV
User Manual - Remittance Processing” document. For additional information
on how to set up jobs, page types, audit trails and other functions of the
machine, consult the appropriate FalconV CertainScan Manual (Standard or
Remittance).

Overview
OPEX’s innovative one-step scanning process continues with FalconV™. With
five programmable sort bins and enhanced multi-feed detection, FalconV
increases the functionality and flexibility of its universal document scanning
workstations. FalconV combines the performance of a high-capacity
production scanner with OPEX’s unique prep-reducing process. Regardless of
your document scanning needs, FalconV is designed to attack the most difficult
and daunting workflow challenges.
This user manual is for both the FalconV™ (desktop) and the FalconV RED™
(integrated) universal document scanning workstations.
