f) Pushthe menu button again to recall the External

StandardsMenu. Push the select button to display

either 1MHz or 2 MHz if you planto Jockthe 2910A

to anexternal 1MHz or 2 MHz frequency standard.

Leave the selectionon Disabled if you do not plan to

lock the 2910A to anexternal standard.

g) Pushthemenubuttonagainto displaytheHigh

Frequencymenu. Pushtheselectbuttonandtoggle

to display to either enabledand di5abled. When

enabledisselectedtheCMOS/ECLoutputcangoto

48 MHz. Howeverwhenin theenabledmodeand

displaying over 12 MHz the sinewave output

frequencyis2S%of thedisplayedvalue.

NOTE

For optimumsinewavepurity disable the High

Frequencymodewhennotneeded.

h) Pushthemenubuttonagaintorecallthefiequency

andamplitudesettingto thedisplay. Setthedesired

frequencyandamplitudeusingtherotaryknobandthe

selectbutton.Theselectbuttonadvancestheunderline

cursorandtheknobchangesthevalue. Pushingand

holdingtheselectbuttonenablestheknobtomovethe

cursorin bothdirections.
