away from any combustible materials. If necessary, any adjoinin walls should be protected
from the effects of heat.
1) Description
Fire place insert has been manufactured from cast iron blocks which are joined to ether with
bolts and sealed with heat resistant clay. Front of the stove and lass was sealed usin lass
fiber.
Ash pan is situated at the bottom. Air flow lever is situated at the bottom part of the door.
Deflector which increases the combustion time is situated inside the appliance in its top
section. The appliance is equipped with adjustable baffle.
The appliance delivers heat by:
-Convection of air bein sucked in at the bottom, heated and dispensed at the top.
- Radiation of the heat produced throu h the frame and lass.
2) election of the proper fire place inserts.
-Local and European re ulations are to be followed when selectin the proper fire place inserts
to your house.

-Selection of fire place inserts as re ards the heatin power is determined by how well is your
house isolated and what size is the surface to be heated. As a rule of a thumb, it is iven that
1kW is enou h to heat up 10m2 surface with hei ht of 2.5m.
3) Vents, Flues, Air circulation.
It is recommended that the diameter of the flue should be at least 200 mm.
-Min. hei ht of chimney should be no less that 4m; optimal hei ht is 5-6m.
-Chimney should be air leak proof with the same diameter all alon the len th. It should be at
least 0.5 m hi her above the roof, otherwise the air flow may be affected.
-In special applications in ex: very windy areas, special cowl or fan may be needed to avoid the
reverse draw.
Warning:
-Chimneys with smaller diameter than required, crooked or situated in the valleys may not
produce required value of the air flow. All these cases are excluded from the warranty and the
producer can’t accept responsibility of unauthorized applications in these cases.
-It is absolutely necessary to perform air flow measurements to ensure the ri ht ran e of flow is
present. Optimal flow is specified as 12 +/-2Pa; flow hi her than 12 Pa can lead to overheatin
of the furnace and void your warranty. Minimal flow is 6 +/-1 Pa.
All Chimneys required systematic maintenance a few times a year.
4) Air upply
The ri ht quantity of fresh air must be assured in the room where the appliance works. It is
recommended to deliver at least 10m3/h for each 1kW of power. Insufficient quantity of air will
cause excess of smoke and combustion products containin carbon monoxide which is
extremely dan erous to your health and life.
5) Installation of the appliance
Installation of the appliance can only be performed by trained and authorized persons. The
proper note /stamp should be placed in the warranty card.
This manual is to be followed when installin the appliance. The installin specialist should

1) Free air convection between the furnace and the frame made of fire resistant materials.
Minimum 5 cm ap is required.
2) Ensure free air flow to the furnace as well as ood exhaust. The size of the exhaust vent
is 1000cm2 (50-20cm). Ensure the exhaust can’t be blocked.
3) Ensure ood ventilation throu h decompression vent size 200cm2.
4) Ensure minimum distance of 150 cm from the appliance to any flammable objects.
6) The operation
Initial firin is to be performed when all the buildin materials dried off. Durin initial firin bi
fire should be avoided to prevent hi h temperature jump that may result in some materials
burstin . Durin initial firin specific smell will come off, this is because thermal protective
materials et harder. Smell will disappear after a few firin s.
The doors should be kept closed while firin .
The recommended fuel for use is dried hard woods or eco wood briquettes. It is recommended
to use wood of humidity less than 20%, such humidity is achieved after 2 years of dry storin .
Wet woods (50-60% of humidity) are cost ineffective, burnin them also lead to quick blocka e
of the system.
Usa e of other types of fuel is dan erous to people and appliance and leads to termination of
the warranty.
7) Maintenance
Glass should be re ularly cleaned with special deter ents available. Ash pan should be
dispensed before all woods are burnt because ash can block the system. Use proper hat
insulated metal tools to dispense the ashes. Make sure it is fully extin uish.
