SAFETY WARNINGS
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervi-
sion.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it aer use, since the proximi-
ty of water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.
For additional protection, the installation of a residual-current device (RCD)
having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in
the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
WARNING! Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or
other vessels containing water.
Remove all packaging materials before using the appliance. Keep the packaging
materials away from children they pose a risk of swallowing and suffocation.
Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating label corresponds with the
voltage of the power supply.
Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Do not insert fingers or
foreign objects in any opening of the appliance and do not obstruct the air
vents.
Protect the appliance against heat. Do not place close to heat sources such as
stoves or heating appliances.
WARNING-RISK OF ELECTRICSHOCK! Do not immerse the appliance and its plug
in water or other liquids. Do not operate the appliance with the wet hands.
