MANUTENZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO DEVONO ESSERE
EFFETTUATE ESCLUSIVAMENTE DA UN TECNICO QUA-
LIFICATO E COMPETENTE.
aATTENZIONE! RISPETTARE LE SEGUENTI AVVERTENZE:
–Non eseguire modifiche su nessuna parte del dispositivo.
Operazioni non permesse possono causare solo malfunzio-
namenti. Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per danni
derivanti da modifiche arbitrarie al prodotto.
–Evitare che il prodotto possa venire immerso in acqua o in
altre sostanze liquide. Qualora sostanze liquide siano pene-
trate all’interno del dispositivo, scollegarla immediatamente
dall’automatismo e rivolgersi al Servizio Assistenza Nice.
–Non mettere il dispositivo vicino a fonti di calore né esporlo
a fiamme libere. Tali azioni possono danneggiarlo ed essere
causa di malfunzionamenti.
–Non procedere con l’installazione se si hanno dubbi di qua-
lunque natura e richiedere eventuali chiarimenti al Servizio
Assistenza Nice.
–Il materiale dell’imballaggio del prodotto deve essere smalti-
to nel pieno rispetto della normativa presente a livello locale.
–Nel caso di lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, per evitare il rischio
di perdite di sostanze nocive dalla batteria tampone è pre-
feribile scollegarla dall’automatismo e custodirla in un luogo
asciutto.
2 DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO E
DESTINAZIONE D’USO
Il presente prodotto è un contenitore per batterie destinato ad es-
sere utilizzato nelle automazioni per tende da interno che richiedo-
no una tensione massima di alimentazione di 12V.

QUALSIASI ALTRO USO DIVERSO DA QUELLO DESCRIT-
TO È DA CONSIDERARSI IMPROPRIO E VIETATO!
Le batterie riescono a garantire all’automazione un’autonomia di un
anno con due cicli completi di salita/discesa al giorno.
Altre caratteristiche sono descritte nel capitolo “Caratteristiche
tecniche”.

Per eseguire l’installazione fare riferimento alla figura 1. Per il fis-
saggio prevedere n°2 viti Ø 4mm a testa cilindrica (non fornite).

4 COLLAUDO
E MESSA IN SERVIZIO

LE SEGUENTI VERIFICHE VANNO ESEGUITE IMMEDIATA-
MENTE DOPO AVER COLLEGATO L’MLPS12006 ALL’AU-
TOMAZIONE.
Sull’automazione verificare che il LED verde lampeggi. Se il risul-
tato è positivo far eseguire all’automazione almeno una manovra
completa di Apertura e di Chiusura, per verificare il corretto fun-
zionamento dell’intero impianto. Se il risultato non è positivo è pro-
babile che l’MLPS12006 non sia collegato correttamente pertanto
ripetere la procedura descritta nel capitolo “Installazione e colle-
gamento”.
5 MANUTENZIONE
L’MLPS12006 non necessita di alcuna manutenzione. In caso di
lunghi periodi d’inutilizzo è opportuno scollegarlo dall’automazione
e custodirlo in un luogo asciutto.
La sostituzione delle batterie deve essere effettuata secondo quan-
to riportato in figura 3.

Come per le operazioni d’installazione, anche al termine della vita
di questo prodotto, le operazioni di smantellamento devono essere
eseguite da personale qualificato.
Questo prodotto è costituito da vari tipi di materiali: alcuni possono
essere riciclati, altri devono essere smaltiti. Informatevi sui sistemi
di riciclaggio o smaltimento previsti dai regolamenti vigenti sul vo-

TENANCE WORK, AS WELL AS PUTTING THE DEVICE
INTO SERVICE, MUST BE PERFORMED BY A COMPE-
TENT, QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN ONLY.
aWARNING! PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS:
–Do not modify any part of the device. Unauthorised work will
only lead to malfunctioning. The manufacturer declines all
responsibility for damage deriving from unauthorised modi-
cations made to the product.
–Avoid immersing the product in water or other liquids. If a
liquid gets inside the device, disconnect it immediately from
the operator and contact the Nice support service.
–Do not put the device near sources of heat or expose it to
open ames, as this could damage the device and cause it
to malfunction.
–Do not begin installing the device if you have any doubts at
all; please seek clarication from the Nice support service.
–The product packing materials must be disposed of in com-
pliance with local regulations.
–In the event of long periods of inactivity, disconnect it from
the operator and store it in a dry place to avoid the risk of
harmful substances leaking out of the buffer battery.
2 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND INTENDED
USE
The product is a battery pack for use with indoor awning operators
that require a maximum power supply of 12 V.

ED USE DESCRIBED IS NOT ALLOWED!
The batteries ensure that the operator runs autonomously for one
year, with two complete lifting/lowering cycles per day.
Other characteristics are explained in the “Technical characteris-
tics” section.

To x the product in place, you will need 2 cheese-head screws,
4mm Ø (not provided).

4 TESTING
AND PUTTING INTO SERVICE

THE FOLLOWING CHECKS MUST BE PERFORMED IMME-
DIATELY AFTER CONNECTING THE MLPS12006 TO THE
OPERATOR.
Check that the green LED is ashing on the operator. If it is, run at
least one complete lifting and lowering manoeuvre to check that
the full operator system is working properly. If the green LED is not
ashing, the MLPS12006 may not be correctly connected; repeat
the procedure described in the section “Installation and connec-
tions”.
5 MAINTENANCE
The MLPS12006 does not require any maintenance. In the event of
long periods of inactivity, disconnect it from the operator and store
it in a dry place.
Replace the batteries as shown in gure 3.

7 DISPOSING OF
THE PRODUCT
This product is an integral part of the operator and must there-
fore be disposed of with it.
As with the installation, only qualied personnel must dismantle the
product at the end of its life.
This product is composed of different types of materials. Some
of these materials can be recycled; others must be disposed of.
Please enquire about the recycling or disposal systems in place in
your local area for this type of product.
