Assembly Instructions
All components needed during the assembly are numbered with reference to the parts list, please
refer back to the parts list to ensure you are assembling the correct components for each step.
NOTE: Ensure you have solid ground to install your BBQ on before you start assembly.
Step 1:
•The first step is to mark out where your BBQ will be placed, there needs to be 640mm
between the side walls. Take two of the small side walls (without notches) and the two tall
walls for the worktop supports, add a layer of cement to the bottom of all walls to secure
them to the ground and place them where you have marked out, ensuring the walls are
plumb and level. Ensure the notches cut out of the tall walls are at the front and are facing
in.
Step 2:
•Secure the longer horizontal piece to the two small side walls using cement. Ensure the
horizontal part is level and centred so that there is equal overhang at the front and back and
at the two sides.
Step 3:
•Secure the other two small side walls (the ones with the notches cut out) to the horizontal
piece using a layer of cement. Ensure these two walls are directly above the bottom two
small side walls and that they are plumb and level.
Step 4:
•Secure the three supports into the notches cut out of the side walls using a layer of cement,
ensure the supports are level with the top of the side walls.
Step 5:
•Secure the 74cm horizontal to the top of the two small walls using a layer of cement. Make
sure the horizontal is centred and level.
