WARRANTY
All Neos’s devices are covered by a one year limited manufacture’s
warranty, which is valid from the date of purchase. Any malfunction
caused by defective parts or workmanship will be corrected at no
charge to you. Please ensure you keep your dated sale receipt; it is
required for all warranty requested.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Repair service, damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence and
batteries are not covered by this warranty. Unauthorised service or
modication of the products or of any furnished components will
void this warranty entirely.

Caution:
Keep small cells and batteries away from children. Swallowing may
lead to burn, perforation of soft tissue and death. Severe burns can
occur within 2h of ingestion.
If swallowed, consult a doctor at once. Battery can explode or leak
if heated, disassembled, shorted, recharged, exposed to re or high
temperature or instead inserted incorrectly.
Keep in original packaging until ready to use,
and please retain original product literature for future reference.
Do not carry batteries loose in your pockets or bag.
Instructions for safe use
To avoid malfunction or damage to your Neos Smart Motion Sensor,
Neos Smart Contact Sensor and Neos Smart Bridge please observe
the following:
+ Designed for indoor use only.
+ Do not expose it to water or moisture whilst at any time.
+ Do not expose it to heat from any source; the Neos Smart Motion
Sensor, Neos Smart Contact Sensor, Neos Smart Bridge is designed
for reliable operation at normal ambient room temperatures.
Battery
When the batteries are depleted in your Neos Smart Motion Sensor
and Neos Smart Contact Sensor we recommend replacing with
the following:

Maintenance
If you decide to clean the device, remove the battery from the
Neos Smart Motion Sensor and Neos Smart Contact Sensor. This also
applied when the equipment is not in use. Please make sure you keep
the equipment away from water and other liquids at all times.
To avoid environmental and health problems due
to hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
goods, the following symbol indicates that this
product and/or battery should not be disposed of
with household waste. When you decide to dispose
of this product and / or its battery, do so in
accordance with local environmental laws.
Your local authority will be able to advise you on the location of
the nearest recycling centre that is authorised to accept this type of
waste. Please recycle responsibly.
