Thank you for using a Nederman product!
The Nederman Group is a world-leading supplier and
developer of products and solutions for the environ-
mental technology sector. Our innovative products
will filter, clean and recycle in the most demanding of
environments. Nederman's products and solutions will
help you improve your productivity, reduce costs and
also reduce the impact on the environment from in-
dustrial processes.
Read all product documentation and the product iden-
tification plate carefully before installation, use, and
service of this product. Replace documentation imme-
diately if lost. Nederman reserves the right, without
previous notice, to modify and improve its products
including documentation.
This product is designed to meet the requirements
of relevant EC directives. To maintain this status, all
installation, maintenance, and repair is to be done
by qualified personnel using only Nederman original
spare parts and accessories. Contact the nearest au-
thorized distributor or Nederman for advice on tech-
nical service and obtaining spare parts. If there are
any damaged or missing parts when the product is de-
livered, notify the carrier and the local Nederman rep-
resentative immediately.
2Safety
This document contains important information that

2.1General safety instructions
CAUTION!Risk of equipment damage
• ollow the instructions in this manual.
• This machine is only to be used for blasting.
• Do not modify or make any changes to the
machine or its components.
• Do not rebuild the machine or its components
without written permission from the manu-
facturer.
• Do not use other spare parts, than those cor-
responding with the manufacturer’s specific-
ations.
• Only use tools and accessories supplied by
the manufacturer.
• The machine must not be used in an explos-
ive environment.
• Always disconnect the supply voltage with
the maintenance switch before any service,
whether mechanical or electrical.
• Always disconnect the compressed air sup-
ply before any service, whether mechanical
or electrical.

5Installation
Before starting to blast:
1 Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.
2 Lift out the filter and the dust bucket.
3 Connect the hose to the blasting machine.
4 ill with blasting material (5 l).
5 Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.
6 Connect compressed air to the blasting gun.
7 Connect the blasting machine to a socket for the
intended voltage.
8 Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasting gun.

WARNING!Risk of personal injury
• Use the necessary personal safety equip-
ment.
• It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasting
gun towards people or animals. It must only
be pointed towards the workpiece intended
to be blasted.
• The blaster sand may cause irreparable dam-
age to the eyes and body parts.
1 Put on the required safety equipment.
2 Move the blasting gun towards the workpiece. You
must never point the gun at yourself nor at any-
one else.
3 Start blasting by pressing the trigger and keeping
it pressed. Blasting stops when you let go of the
trigger.
7Maintenance
7.1Replacing filter/Refilling blasting
material
Inspect the filter regularly and replace it if the filter is
worn and/or the suction capacity is low.
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn off
the compressed air.
1 Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor
package.
2 Lift out the dust bucket and the filter. Replace, if
necessary.
3 ill with blasting material (5 l).
4 Re-assemble the dust bucket, filter and motor
package.
5 Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6 Turn on the compressed air again.
7 Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the
materials that have been blasted. ollow applic-
able waste regulations. Contact your local author-
ities for guidance.
