This gas instant water heater must be checked by professionals every 6-12 months, other things
that need to be checked are in the following bellow :
1.Seal of the gas and water track system.
2.Clean the filter at the edge of the water supply line to prevent congestion.
3.Functions of all the operating parts.
4.Burner of the flame.
5.Carbon crust cleaning for the heat exchanger.
6.Air loading and releasing system inside of the room where the water heater is installed.
7.Gas pressure reducer.
Must be checked by professional:
1.Flexibility of the water and gas piping connection.
2.Clean the carbon accumulation on the buckled part of the heat exchanger.
3.Apply the lubricants to the gas valve and on its middle part.
4.The disturbing carbon accumulation and oxidation layer.
Maintenance of the water heater by the user:
1.Clean off the dirt and dust accumulation on the surface of the water heater with the fabric
regularly. Do not use that chemical that can change the color of the surface.
2.Clean off the dust and the carbon accumulation inside of the ventilation pipe and the heat
exchange regularly for making sure the smoke track flow smoothly.
Note: Remove the ventilation pipe; clean the heat exchanger part with a soft brush. During the
process, do not let the dirt and dust enter through the fire hole of the burner and also from the part of
electric tools. Do not eliminate or damage the tools. When re-install the ventilation pipe after cleaning,
make sure to fasten all part of the connector.
Over-high water pressure.
If the water pressure exceeds 0.5
MPa, the water outlet valve will
release the water and lower the
water pressure.
Increase the limit of the
valve pressure in
accordance with the local
water supply pressure.
The water heater automatically
shut off after 20 minutes
continuous operation.
After it has been used for 20
minutes, the water heater will shut
off automatically
Turn on the water heater
again after 5 seconds.
If the water pressure is under
0.015 MPa, the water heater
cannot be turned on.
Use the water heater after
the pressure is higher.
The battery power will reduce after
some time of usage, so that the
water heater cannot be turned on.
Excessive heat protection.
Water heater will turn off
automatically when the
temperature is above 77o C.
Turn on the water heater
again after the water
becomes cold.
