Sicherheitsanweisung:
Der sichere Umgang mit Ihrem Auspress-
gerät hängt völlig davon ab, dass Sie vor
dem Gebrauch die Sicherheitshinweise ge-
wissenhaft studieren und sich an diese hal-
ten.
Die verwendeten Produktmassen können
möglicher Weise Hautreizungen hervor-
rufen. Bitte beachten sie die Gebrauchs-
und Entsorgungsanweisungen auf den
Packungen der verwendeten Produktmas-
sen.
Geeignete Personenschutzmaßnahmen
sind nach den Anweisungen auf den Ver-
packungen der verwendeten Produktmas-
sen zu ergreifen.
Bei Arbeitspausen, beim Auswechseln der
Kartuschen/Beutel, der Kolben und vor dem
Reinigen muß die Druckluft abgeschaltet
werden.

Gebrauchsanweisung:
Die Druckluft muß filtriert und trocken sein.
Der Arbeitsdruck von 8 bar (116 PSI) darf
nicht überschritten werden. Geben Sie täg-
lich ein paar Tropfen säurefreies Druckluftöl
in den Druckluftanschluss [j].
Am Regelrad den Arbeitsdruck auf das
benötigte Durchsatzvolumen einstellen
(Modell 1,2,4,5,6,7,8). Abzug [c] drücken,
um das Abgeben der Produktmasse zu
starten. Abzug loslassen, um zu stoppen.
Das eingebaute Schnelldruckausgleichsy-
stem vermindert das Nachlaufen der Pro-
duktmasse auf ein Minimum.
Zum Einsetzen einer Kartusche/eines Beu-
tels, den/die Kolben/Kolbenstange [g] per
Hand zurückziehen / -drücken (Modell
1,2,3,4,5,6,7) oder automatisch durch das
Drücken des Rückfahrknopfes [i] zurückfah-
ren lassen (Modell 8).
Für das Wechseln zwischen Kartuschen
und Beutel den Kolben [h] ab bzw aufklick-
en (Modell 5).
Die bereitgestellte Düse [f] in den Düsenhal-
ter [e] einsetzen, auch wenn keine Düse mit
der Kartusche/dem Beutel bereitgestellt
wurde (Modell 1,2,3,5,6).
Wenn die Produktmasse in der Düse ausge-
härtet ist, die Düse austauschen.
Pflege und Wartung:
Erstarrte Produktmasse täglich entfernen. Dabei
keine Werkzeuge verwenden. Für stark kleben-
den Dreck geeignetes Lösungsmittel verwenden
(den Empfehlungen des Abdichtmittelherstellers
auf der Kartusche/dem Beutel folgen)

Änderungen vorbehalten
Das gerät oder Teile davon dürfen niemals
in Lösungsmittel getaucht werden.
Pflege und Wartung:
Den Zylinder [b] (Modell 2,3,4,5,6) regel-
mäßig innen einölen.
Kolben [h] regelmäßig überprüfen und bei
Beschädigungen oder Abnuzungser-
scheinungen austauschen.
Umwelthinweise:
Das Auspressgerät, Zubehör und Verpack-
ung sollten umweltschonend recycelt wer-
den.
Rechtsansprüche:
EsbestehteineGarantieaufdiesesAuspress-
gerät, welche den Rechtsvorschriften des
Verkaufslandes entspricht. Diese Garantie
ist gültig ab dem Kaufdatum (der Kauf-
nachweis mittels Rechnung oder Liefer-
schein sollte nachgewiesen/beigefügt wer-
den). Alle Beschädigungen werden repariert
und alle defekten Teile ausgetauscht wer-
den.
Diese Garantie deckt nicht Schäden ab, die
durch natürliche Abnutzung, Überbelastung
oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder
Anwendung entstehen.
Ansprüche werden nur anerkannt, wenn
das Gerät, vollständig, von Ihnen an Ihren
Händler weitergeleitet wird.

Safety Instructions:
Working safely with your caulking gun will
depend entirely on your studying, prior to
use, the user instructions and the safety di-
rections thoroughly, and on complying with
these instructions and directions.
The sealants to be processed may cause
skin irritation. Please note the references to
processing and disposal on the sealant
packs used.
Personal protection according to the direc-
tions on the sealant packs is to be used.
When interrupting the work, for changing
cartridges/sachets, pistons, and prior to
cleaning, the compressed air is to be
disconnected.

User Instructions:
The compressed air must be filtered and
dry. The working pressure of 8 bar (116 PSI)
may not be exceeded. Add daily a couple of
drops of compressed air oil (acid free) in the
compressed air inlet [j].
On the regulating wheel [d] set the working
pressure at the feed volume required (type
1,2,4,5,6,7,8). Activate trigger [c] to feed
the sealant.
Release trigger to stop. The built-in rapid-
venting system will automatically reduce
the sealant after run to a minimum.
For insertion of sachet/cartridge, push/pull
piston(rod) [g] back manually (type
1,2,3,4,5,6,7) or automatically by pushing
the return button [i] (type 8).
Click piston [h] on/off when changing be-
tween the use of sachet and cartridge (type
5).
Insert nozzle [f] in the nozzle holder [e] pro-
vided as required, and whenever no nozzle
has been provided with sachet/cartridge
(type 1,2,3,5,6).
Whenever sealant has hardened in the
nozzle, replace by a new nozzle.
Maintenance and Care:
Remove all fixed sealant daily. Tools may
not be used for this. For highly adhesive dirt
use appropriate detergents (follow sealant
producer recommendations on sachet or
cartridge).

Subject to change without notice
The gun, or parts of the gun, may never be
immersed in detergents.
Maintenance and Care - cont.:
Oil cylinder [b] (type 2,3,4,5,6) regularly in-
side.
Check piston(s) [h] regularly and replace in
case of damage or wear and tear.
Environmental Protection:
The caulking gun, accessories, and packing
must be reused in an environmentally sound
manner.
Right of Claiming:
A warranty is granted on this caulking gun
according to the statutory provisions apply-
ing in the particular country. This warranty
shall apply from the date of purchase (proof
of purchase by way of an invoice or a deli-
very note shall be presented/enclosed). Any
damage occurring shall be repaired, or faul-
ty parts replaced.
This warranty shall not cover damage cau-
sed by natural wear and tear, overloading or
incorrect use/application.
Claims may only be accepted provided the
gun, in un-separated condition, is forwar-
ded by you to your distributor.
Declaration of Conformity:
We hereby declare, on general responsibili-
ty/liability, that this product conforms to the
regulations of the EU Machinery Directive
(98/37/EC, + Modifications 98/79/ EC)

Istruzioni per la sicurezza:
Lavorare in modo sicuro con la pistola per
calafataggio dipende interamente dalla vo-
stra lettura, precedente all’uso, delle istru-
zioni per l’uso e delle direttive di sicurezza,
e dal conformarsi a queste istruzioni e diret-
tive.
Il mastice da trattare può causare irritazioni
alla pelle. Leggere attentamente le rac-
comandazioni per il trattamento e lo smalti-
mento delle scatole di mastice usato.
E’ obbligatorio seguire le direttive riportate
sulle scatole di mastice per la protezione
personale.
Una volta terminato il lavoro, per cambiare
cartucce/bustine, bombolette e prima di
pulire la pistola, deve essere disconnessa
l’aria compressa.

Istruzioni per l’uso:
L’aria compressa deve essere filtrata e sec-
ca. Durante l’uso, la pressione non può su-
perare gli 8 bar (116 PSI). Aggiungere gior-
nalmente un paio di gocce di olio ad aria
compressa (senza acido) nell’immettitore di
aria compressa (j).
Regolare sulla rotellina regolatrice (d) la
pressione di lavoro per alimentare il volume
richiesto (figure 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8). Attivare
il griletto (c) per alimentare il mastice.
Alzare il griletto per fermarsi. Il sistema di
sfiato rapido incorporato ridurrà automati-
camente il mastice dopo averlo portato al
minimo.
Per l’inserimento della bustina/cartuccia,
spingere/tirare indietro la biella (g) manual-
mente (figure 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) oppure
automaticamente spingendo il pulsante di
ritorno (i) (figura 8).
Cliccare il pistone (h) on/off quando si passa
dall’uso della bustina a quello della cartuc-
cia.
Inserire l’erogatore (f) nel portaerogatore (e)
fornito come richiesto e nel caso in cui nes-
sun erogatore sia stato fornito con bustina/
cartuccia (figura 1, 2, 3, 5, 6).
Nel caso in cui il mastice si sia indurito
nell’erogatore, cambiare l’erogatore.
Manutenzione e Cura:
Rimuovere tutto il mastice rimasto ogni
giorno. Non si possono usare strumenti per
questa operazione. Per lo sporco molto
aderente usare detergenti appropriati (se-
