1. What is covered
1) Therepairorreplacementofyourappliance(atourdiscretion)ifitisfoundtobedefectiveduetofaulty
materials,workmanshiporfunctionwithin2yearsofpurchaseordelivery(ifanypartisnolongeravailable
oroutofmanufacture,wewillreplaceitwithafunctionalreplacementpart).
2) Thisguaranteewillonlybevalidiftheapplianceisusedinthecountryinwhichitwassold.
2. What is not covered
Wedonotguaranteetherepairorreplacementofaproductwhereadefectistheresultof:
1) Damagecausedbynotcarryingouttherecommendedappliancemaintenance.
2) Accidentaldamage,faultscausedbynegligentuseorcare,misuse,neglect,carelessnessoroperationor
handlingoftheappliancewhichisnotinaccordancewithourOperatingManual.
3) Use of the appliance for anything other than the use it is designed for.
4) Use of the appliance outside of "normal use".
5) Use of the appliance in salons or by stylists.
6) Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with our instructions.
7) Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine components from us.
8) Faulty installation (except where installed by us).
9) Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than us or our authorized agents.
10) Normal wear and tear (e.g. fuse etc.).

3. SUMMARYOFCOVER
1) Theguaranteebecomeseffectivefromthedateofpurchase(orthedateofdeliveryifthisislater).
2) Youmustprovideproofofboththeoriginalandanysubsequentdelivery/purchasebeforeanyworkcanbe
carriedoutonyourappliance.Withoutthisproof,anyworkcarriedoutwillbechargeable.Keepyourreceipt
ordeliverynote.
3) Allworkwillbecarriedoutbyusorourauthorizedagents.
4) Anypartswhicharereplacedbyuswillbecomeourproperty.
5) Therepairorreplacementofyourapplianceunderguaranteewillnotextendtheperiodofguarantee.
6) Theguaranteeprovidesbenefitswhichareadditionaltoanddonotaffectyourstatutoryrightsasa
consumer.
