2. Link bet een banana plugs should be untouched. Both
banana plugs should be in rhight socets (red in red, black in
black). Exacly like in pic. 2.
3. Preparation of object of ork:
• Object of ork should have clean surface, ithout any
coating (no plastic, no lacquer etc.), corrosion,
grease et cetera.
• Before ork object have to be degreased (preferably:
degreased ith isopropyl alcohol. Degresing
should take place in indy room ithout source of fire)
• After deagresing solvent should vanish from surface of
the object (it should happen in indy room)
• Clip object ith black crocodile clip
After all steps device and object are ready for work.
− During ardening you s ould respect t ese rules:
− After cliping object wit black crocodile clip you can
safely switc on MELONDIZER mod.1 (switc is on
t e cabel) and DREMEL ENGRAVER 290 (switc is
on t e device)
− DREMEL ENGRAVER 290 vibrates w ic creates
electrical disc arges after touc ing object. T at
action arndes object
− You s ould make slow circual moves, sliding moves
(forward and back or to t e sides). Your moves s ould
partialty take part on previously ardned surface
− You will receive best efect w en DREMEL
ENGRAVER 290 worksat angle of 15-45 degrees
− Hardned surface looks differet t an before. You
s ould not left un ardned spots.
− Device as t ermal switc inside. In case of long
work it mig t stops generating electric arc. In t at
case you ave to make at least 1 break.

− W en electrode or object of eats up too muc (over
70 C) you s ould turn device off and cold down
electrode in air (do not put in water!)
− During t e work WC-Co electrode and object can
eat up to t e ig temperatures. Cool down t e
electrode before pluging it off.
− WC-Co electrode can be replaced wit HARD
electrode. In case of switc ing t ese two electrodes
you s ould:
-plug MELONDIZER mod.1 off electrical network
-plug WC-Co electrode off
-plug HARD electrode in (respecting 5.3 rules)
4.4 Common problems and solutions
Only people with permision and with
specialistic knowledge which allows them to
repair damage alone can do it. Do not put
any kind of bridges or bypass which are
supposed to impro e work of de ice. Any
ingerention in work of de ice can result in damage to
de ice or user. Seciurity in this de ice is automatic. In case
of ingerention in automatic seciurity user loses warranty.
