Warranty conditions:
1. ANTYKUNA.PL P.H. MOTOR-SERVICE hereinafter called Seller hereby warrants:
good quality and unfailing operation of the device under the condition of mounting,
storage and handling the device in compliance with the guidelines contained in the
Instruction Manual.
2. Warranty is granted for the period of 24 months starting from the date of sale to the
retail customer who was charged with the bill. In case of corporate / business customers
who were invoiced, the warranty shall last 12 months. Time spent on the repair work
shall be added to the warranty period.
3. Valid warranty certificate must be submitted by the User together with the device for
the purpose of the warranty repair. Warranty certificate as well as the device must not be
modified or tampered with in any way.
4. When no faults or defects are found in the product submitted for warranty repair, User
shall be charged with costs related to transport of merchandise and the diagnostic tests
performed by the serviceman.
5. Product replacement or free of charge repair is under the warranty coverage provided
that a defect caused by the Seller or Manufacturer has been detected.
6. In addition to AC/DC ADAPTER 230V 100mA, the following failures shall be
excluded from the warranty coverage: defects caused by a lightning stroke, power line
overvoltage, mechanical shock, fire, electric discharge, flood or any other occurrences
beyond the control of the Seller and the Manufacturer.
7. In order to perform the warranty repair, User must bring the device to the service
station at his own expense. After the repair is completed, the device shall be returned to
the customer at the Seller’s expense.
8. Warranty repair shall be completed at the earliest possible time necessary for
accomplishing the repair work. The customer shall be informed by the Seller or
Manufacturer within 14 working days, to the exclusion of special cases, when a default is
not of permanent nature and a longer diagnostics is required.
9. User’s right to warranty repairs shall be annulled when a product becomes faulty due
to interference with the product’s electronic circuit by an unauthorized service station.
