SAFETY RULES

DANGER：

Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious

injury.

WARNING：Indicates a potentially hazardous

situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious

injury.

CAUTION：

Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in minor or

moderate injury.

NOTE：Alerts the operator to useful information.

It is essential that the operator of this tool take

the necessary precautions to prevent the level of danger

indicated by the symbols above. Any employer is also responsible for distributing this instruction manual and

ensuring that all users read, understand and follow

the directions as described in the manual, safety warnings,

etc.

DANGER

Use only filtered, lubricated, regulated compressed air

only. Use of a compressed or flammable gas as a

power

source may cause the stapler to explode and

cause death or serious injury.

Operate the tool within the specified air pressure

stated in the specifications and warning labels.

Sparks sometimes fly when the tool is used. Do not use

the tool near volatile, flammable materials such as

gasoline, thinner, paint, gas, adhes

ives, etc.; they will

ignite and explode, causing serious injury.

Do not carry the tool with your finger on the

trigger or hand it to someone in this condition.

Accidental firing can be extremely dangerous.

WARNING

Always disconnect the stapler fr

om the air supply before ANY KIND of adjustment, clearance of jams,

service, cleaning, re-locating and during non-operation.

Always wear safety goggles with side shields and hearing protection. Employers and users are responsible

for ensuring anyone near the stapler is also protected.

When the stapler is being loaded or is connected to the air compressor, never place your hand or any other

body part in the stapler discharge area.

Use only parts and fasteners recommended by specification. Do not modify the stapler without authorization.

CAUTION

Do not throw the tool, strike the body in any way or use the tool as a hammer to knock material in place.

NOTE

Do not use the tool if it is not loaded, as this will accelerate wear on the stapler.

Make sure all hoses and fittings are free from damage and dirt, replacing any necessary items.

LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION：

Do not store the stapler in cold weather as the valves and mechanisms may freeze up, causing

the tool to operate incorrectly.

Be sure to disconnect the stapler from the air supply before lubricating.

The stapler must be lubricated before the firs

t use, and before and after each additional use. Oiling prevents

rust and extra wear. Manual lubrication can be skipped if an Oiler is used.

An Oiler conveniently provides oil circulation that

also increases the efficiency and life of the tool. An Oiler

should be used if the stapler is used heavily or constantly. The Oiler should be checked daily for oil level.

NOTE

If operating in cold weather or below freezing, use permanent

antifreeze as a lubricant. Some drying agents

may damage o-ring and seals, be sure to check these.

AIR COMPRESSOR AND CONNECTIONS

NOTE：

The air pressure required depends on fastener size and type of material to be stapler. Never exceed

the air pressure recommended by specifications.

If stapler do not drive down tightly, adjust

to a higher pressure setting until satisfactory. Reduce air pressure

if the fasteners are being driven too deeply.

Adding Quick Connector on the stapler and Quick coupler on the air hose can improve performance.

WARNING OF DRIVING STAPLES

During the process of assembling the AIR HOSE, do not put your finger into the TRIGGER.

l It could cause the risk with an unexpected firing

Please get the DRIVER GUIDE tight on woods and then driving the TRIGGER.

l The staples can be driven with the driving the TRIGGER

OPERATING THE STAPLER

Add a few drops of high speed spindle oil or air tool oil into the air inlet.

Check the operation of the trigger, and load stapler into the magazine.

Connect the stapler to the air compressor.

Test the depth of stapler by d

riving stapler into a sample piece of wood. If the stapler do not reach the desired

depth, adjust the air pressure.
