Safety instructions
When using your appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Warning!
NEVER immerse the iron, cable or plug in any liquid.
NEVER touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
ALWAYS disconnect iron from electrical outlet when lling with water or emptying and when
not in use.
Otherwise, there is a risk to get an electric shock!
DO NOT let children or untrained persons use the appliance without supervision.
DO NOT leave the hot iron touching fabrics or very inammable surfaces.
DO NOT leave the appliance unnecessarily plugged in. Disconnect the plug from the mains
when the appliance is not being used.
DO NOT use the power cord or the appliance in order to pull the plug out of the socket.
DO NOT leave the appliance exposed to the weather (rain, sun, etc. ).
DO NOT leave the iron without supervision when it is connected to the power supply.
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
- Use iron only for its intended use.
- To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the iron in water or other
liquids.
- The iron should always be turned to ‘ O ’ before plugging or unplugging from outlet.
Never yank cord to disconnect from outlet; instead, grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
- Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let iron cool completely before putting away.
Loop cord loosely around iron when storing.
- Do not operate iron with a damaged cord or if the iron has been dropped or damaged.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the iron take it to a qualied
serviceman for examination and repair. Incorrect reassembly can cause a risk of electric
shock when the iron is used.
- Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near children. Do not
leave iron unattended while connected or on an ironing board.
- Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Use caution when
you turn a steam iron upside down - there may be hot water in the reservoir.
- Do not use it for commercial purpose.
Please note! Do not use chemical additive, scented substances or decalciers. Failure to
comply with the above-mentioned regulations leads to the loss of guarantee.

Operation
BEFORE STARTUP
Before the rst use remove a protective lm (at presence) from an iron sole.
Make sure that all the parts of appliance don’t have damages.
Please note! When using the iron for the rst time, you may notice a slight emission of
smoke and hear some sounds made by the expanding plastics. This is quite normal and it
stops after a short time. We also recommend passing the iron over an ordinary cloth before
using it for the rst time.
Soft the laundry to be ironed according to the international symbols on the garment label,
or if this is missing, according to the type of fabric.

Start ironing the garments requiring a low temperature.
This reduces the waiting times (the iron takes less time to heat up than to cool down) and
eliminates the risk of scorching the fabric.
STEAM IRONING
- Filling the reservoir
Please note! Do not use chemical additive, scented substances or decalciers.
- Check that the plug is disconnected from the socket.
- Move the steam selector (3/Picture 1) to “0” (Picture 2.1).
- Open the lid (2/Picture 1)
- Raise the tip of the iron to help the water enter the opening without overowing.
- Slowly pour the water into the water tank Picture 2.2 using the special measure and
taking care not to go over the maximum level indicated by “MAX” on the reservoir
- Close the lid (2/Picture 1).

- Put the iron in a vertical position.
- Put the plug in the socket.

- Adjust the thermostat knob (9/Picture 1) according to the international symbol on the
garment label [Table1]. The plate temperature control light (8/Picture 1) indicates that the
iron is heating up. Wait until the plate temperature control light goes o before ironing.
Warning: during ironing, the plate temperature control light (8/Picture 1) comes on at
intervals, indicating that the selected temperature is maintained. If you lower the thermostat
temperature after ironing at a high temperature, do not start ironing until the plate
temperature control light comes on again.
SELECTING THE STEAM Picture 2.1
The quantity of steam is regulated by the steam selector (3/Picture 1).
- Move the steam selector to a position between minimum and maximum depending
on the quantity of steam required and the temperature selected.
Please note: the iron gives o steam continuously only if you hold the iron horizontally.
You can stop the continuous steam by placing the iron in a vertical position or by moving
the steam selector to «0». As indicated on the thermostat knob and in the initial table, you
can only use steam at the highest temperatures. If the selected temperature is too low,
water may drip onto the plate.

Press the steam shot button (5/Picture 1) to generate a powerful burst of steam that can
penetrate the fabrics and smooth the most dicult and tough creases. Wait for a few
seconds before pressing again.
By pressing the steam shot button at intervals you can also iron vertically (curtains, hung
garments, etc.).
Warning: the steam shot function can only be used at high temperatures. Stop the
emission when the plate temperature control light (8/Picture 1) comes on, than start ironing
again only after the light has gone o.
DRY IRONING
To iron without steam, follow the instructions in section “steam ironing”, leaving the steam
selector (8/Picture 1) in the position ”no steam”.
SPRAY FUNCTION Picture 2.6
Make sure that there is water in the water tank. Press the spray button (4/Picture 1) slowly
(for a dense spray) or quickly (for a vaporized spray).
Warning: for delicate fabrics, we recommend moistening the fabric beforehand using the
spray function , or putting a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric. To avoid staining,
spray on silk or synthetic fabrics.

SELF-CLEANING
The self-cleaning feature cleans inside the plate, removing impurities. We
recommend using it every 10-15 days. Directions:
-Fill the reservoir according to the “lling the water reservoir” section.
-Plug the product into a standard electrical outlet near a sink , turn the temperature control
dial the MAX position, rest the heel of the iron on a at, stable surface and allow it to heat
until the temperature light (8/Picture 1) goes out.
-Hold the iron horizontally over the sink and press the button (12/Picture 1) ”self-clean”.
- When the soleplate has cooled down, you can clean it with a damp cloth.
Maintenance and care
Warning!
Before cleaning the iron in any way, make sure that the appliance plug is not connected to
the socket.
Before cleaning unplug the appliance and let it cool completely.
Do not let water get inside the appliance, except the parts are special made for it.
-Avoid scratching the plate with steel wool or metallic objects.
-Any deposits, starch residue or size left on the plate can be removed using a damp cloth
or an unabrasive liquid detergent.
The plastic parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth then wiped over with a dry cloth.
Storage
- Before cleaning unplug the appliance and let it cool completely.
- Turn the temperature control dial and steam adjustment knob to the «0» position.
- Open ller cover, turn appliance upside down and pour out the water.
- Keep the appliance in cool dry place, away from children and persons with reduced
mental or physical abilities Picture 2.8.
Environmental protection
Old appliances contain valuable materials that can be recycled. Please arrange for the
proper recycling of old appliances. Please dispose your old appliances using appropriate
collection systems.

Sicherheitshinweise
Sehr geehrter Kunde, die Einhaltung der üblichen Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie
der in dieser Anleitung dargelegten Vorschriften gewährleistet eine äußerst sichere
Nutzung des Gerätes
VORSICHT!
- Tauchen Sie das elektrische Haushaltsgerät, seinen Netzkabel und Netzstecker niemals
in Wasser und andere Flüssigkeiten.
- Berühren Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen bzw. feuchten Händen.
- Trennen Sie immer das Gerät vom Stromnetz vor der Wasserfüllung und dem
Wasserablass.
Die Nichtbeachtung der o. a. Hinweise besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen
Schlags!
- Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete elektrische Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt!
- Überzeugen Sie sich vor der Anwendung davon, dass die Spannung im Stromnetz in
Ihrem Haus der Betriebsspannung des Gerätes entspricht.
- Das Gerät muss an eine ordnungsgemäß geerdete Steckdose angeschlossen werden.
Überzeugen Sie sich davon, dass die Steckdose in Ihrem Haus auf die Aufnahmeleistung
des Gerätes gerechnet ist.
-Die Verwendung der ungeeigneten Verlängerungskabel oder Übergangsstücke des
Netzsteckers kann Schäden am elektrischen Gerät verursachen und zu Brandgefahr

- Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der Netzkabel oder der Stecker beschädigt ist, wenn

- Lassen Sie Kinder mit dem Gerät oder den Verpackungsteilen nicht spielen.
- Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals im Freien.
- Füllen Sie Gerät mit Wasser höher der “MAX“-Markierung nicht. Beim Bügeln ist es
untersagt, die Önungen für Wasserfüllung aufzumachen.
- Benutzen Sie niemals das Gerät oder die Ladevorrichtung, wenn das Kabel oder
der Stecker beschädigt sind, wenn das Gerät nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß funktioniert,
beschädigt oder in Wasser gefallen ist. Versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät selbständig zu
reparieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an ein nahegelegenes Servicecenter.
- Trennen Sie das Elektrogerät vom Stromnetz immer, wenn Sie es nicht benutzen.
Vor dem Trennen vom Stromnetz stellen Sie den Thermoregler in den
Ausschaltungszustand “AUS“ /«OFF»/.
Es ist untersagt, das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen, indem man den Kabel direkt per
Hand aus der Steckdose zieht.
- Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel mit keinen heißen und scharfen Oberächen in
Berührung kommt.
-Vermeiden Sie starke Zugbelastungen, Knickungen und Verdrehungen des Kabels.
- Werfen Sie das Gerät nicht.
- Ziehen Sie und heben Sie das Gerät nicht am Anschlusskabel während der Auadung auf
VORSICHT!
Die eektive Oberäche des Geräts wird stark aufgeheizt. Seien Sie vorsichtig, um sich
beim Berühren der erhitzten Oberäche, Heißwassers oder Dampfes nicht zu verbrennen.
Bei der Umkehrung des Bügeleisens kann Heißwasser aus dem Wassertank ausgegossen
werden.
Bei Nichteinhaltung der oben angeführten Regeln entsteht Verbrennungsgefahr!
- Lassen Sie das eingeschaltete Bügeleisen auf dünnem Sto oder neben leichten und
brennbaren Stoen nicht stehen.
- Benutzen Sie keine chemische Zusätze, Riechmittel oder Stoe, die den Kalziumgehalt
im Wasser herabsetzen. Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Bedingungen kann den vorzeitigen
Ausfall des Gerätes verursachen.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich bestimmungsgemäß.
Zur kommerziellen Nutzung erwerben Sie bitte die für die gewerbliche Nutzung
bestimmte Technik.
Handeln in Extremsituationen:
- Sollte das Gerät doch einmal ins Wasser gefallen sein, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose, ohne das Gerät oder das Wasser zu berühren.
- Falls Sie Rauch, Feuern, einen starken Geruch von verbrannten Isolierung bemerken,
schalten Sie das Gerät sofort aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,
benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht mehr und wenden Sie sich bitte an ein nahegelegenes
