LUXAMED® Diagnostikleuchte
Zweckbestimmung:
Die LUXAMED Diagnostikleuchte wird als Rachenleuchte oder zur Pupil-
lenre exdiagnose verwendet.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät bestimmungsgemäß, nur für den zugelasse-
nen Einsatzzweck.
Das Produkt darf nur von medizinisch geschultem Personal verwendet
werden.
Warnhinweise:
Achten Sie bei jeder Anwendung darauf, dass das Produkt äußer-
lich unversehrt ist.
Verwenden Sie nur LUXAMED Ersatzteile und Zubehör.
Die Pupillenre exdiagnostik darf nicht länger als 60 Sekunden (200 mm
Abstand) durchgeführt werden, um die zulässige Bestrahlungsexposition
nicht zu überschreiten.
Anwendung:
Durch Betätigen des Clipschalters an der Seite der Diagnostikleuchte
wird das Leuchtmittel in Betrieb genommen. Durch Loslassen kann das

Leuchtmittel wieder ausgeschaltet werden.
Der Austausch der Batterien erfolgt durch Abschrauben des Lampenge-
häuses. Setzen Sie die Batterien mit dem Minuspol voraus in die Hülse
ein (2 x AAA Alkaline Batterien mit Nennspannung 1,5 V).
Reinigung:
Das Produkt kann bei Bedarf mit einem feuchten Tuch (z.B. leicht alkali-
sche oder pH-neutrale Reinigungsmittel) abgewischt werden. Keine Ult-
raschallreinigung möglich.
Kehlkopfspiegel:
1. Gründlich abspülen. Nach der Desinfektion mit Wasser gut abspü-
len. Bei hartnäckiger Verunreinigung wie z.B. Phosphatzementen Emp-
fehlung für „Solvitan“ von VOCO
2. Kehlkopfspiegel sehr sorgfältig trocknen.
Desinfektion:
Zur Desinfektion bzw. desinzierenden Reinigung der äußeren Oberä-
chen des Produkts kann eine Wischdesinfektion angewendet werden.
Hierzu können Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden, die für Medizinpro-
dukte aus Metall freigegeben sind.
Sprüh- und Tauchdesinfektion sind nicht zugelassen.
Kehlkopfspiegel:
Kontaminierte Kehlkopfspiegel in eine geeignete Desinfektionslösung le-
gen (z.B. „ID212 forte“, „BIB forte“, „Lysetol FF“).
Folgendes gilt unbedingt zu beachten:
- Konzentration der Desinfektionslösung gemäß Hinweis des Herstellers
- Zeitdauer der Desinfektion gemäß Hinweis des Herstellers
Sterilisation:
Es ist keine Sterilisation zugelassen.
Kehlkopfspiegel kann autoklaviert werden. Nur trockenen Kehlkopfspie-
gel in den Autoklaven geben. Keine Sterilisation und Aufbewahrung in
Folie.
Entsorgung:
Das Produkt und dessen Zubehör kann dem Hausmüll zugeführt werden.

To ensure proper use of this LUXAMED® product, please
read this user manual carefully and retain for future refe-
rence.
LUXAMED® Penlight
Intended use of instrument:
The LUXAMED Penlight is used as a throat illuminator or pupillary re ex
diagnosis.
Use the device in accordance with its designated use and for its intended
purpose only.
Warning:
Look in any application that the product is externally undamaged.
Use only LUXAMED replacement parts and accessories.
The pupillary re ex diagnosis should not be performed more than 60 se-
conds (200 mm distance) in order not to exceed the permissible radiation
exposure.
Application:
By pressing the clip switcher at the side of the Penlight the lamp is put
into operation. Losing the pressure on the clip in the lamps can be swit-
ched o .
The replacement of the batteries can be done by unscrewing the lamp
housing. Insert the batteries with the negative pole rst into the sleeve (2
x AAA alkaline batteries with nominal voltage 1.5 V).

Cleaning:
The product can be cleaned if necessary with a damp cloth (for example,
slightly alkaline or neutral pH detergent).
Laryngeal mirror:
1. Rinse thoroughly. After disinfecting, rinse thoroughy with water. If
there is stubborn dirt, such as phosphate cements, the use of “Solvitan“
from VOCO is recommended.
2. Dry the laryngeal mirror with the utmost care.
Disinfection:
For disinfection and disinfecting cleaning of the outer surfaces the pro-
duct can be applied wiping with disinfectant. For this purpose disinfec-
tants may be used which are suitable for metal parts of medical devices.
Spraying and dipping disinfection are not admitted.
Laryngeal mirror:
Steep a contaminated laryngeal mirror in a suitable disinfectant solution
(such as “ID212 forte“, “BIB forte“, “Lysetol FF“).
The following are crucial:
- Dilute the disinfectant in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
- Steep the item for the time specied by the manufacturer’s instructions
Sterilisation:
Not approved for sterilisation.
It is permitted to autoclave layngeal mirrors. Place only dry laryngeal mir-
rors in the autoclave. No sterilisation, and wrap for storage.
Disposal:
This product and its accessories can be disposed of along by with
household waste.
Storage, transport and operating conditions:
Ambient temperature between -10° and +40°
Rel. humidity between 30% and 85%.

Avant d’utiliser la lampe de diagnostic LUXAMED® et ses
accessoires, veuillez lire attentivement le présent mode
d’emploi qu’il convient de conserver pour une lecture ulté-
rieure.
Lampe de diagnostic LUXAMED®
Destination :
La lampe de diagnostic LUXAMED permet d’éclairer le pharynx ou de
tester le ré exe palpébral.
Utilisez l’instrument conformément à l’usage prévu.
Seul un personnel médical quali é est autorisé à utiliser ce dispositif.
Attention :
Avant chaque application, veillez à l’intégrité de ce dispositif.
Utilisez uniquement les pièces de rechange et les accessoires
LUXAMED.
Le test du ré exe palpébral ne doit pas durer plus de 60 secondes (200
mm distance) a n de ne pas dépasser l’exposition à la lumière admise.
Application :
Actionner l’interrupteur latéral pour allumer la lampe de diagnostic.
Relâcher pour l’éteindre.
Pour remplacer les piles, dévisser le boîtier de la lampe. Insérer les piles
dans le compartiment, pôle négatif vers l’avant (2 piles alcalines AAA,

tension nominale 1,5 V).
Nettoyage :
Le cas échéant, nettoyer le dispositif avec un chion humide (par ex.
détergent légèrement alcalin ou pH-neutre).
Laryngoscope :
1. Bien rincer. Après la désinfection, bien rincer à l’eau. Il est recom-
mandé d’éliminer les salissures tenaces, comme par ex. les ciments de
scellement, avec le produit « Solvitan » de VOCO
2. Veiller à essuyer parfaitement le laryngoscope.
Désinfection :
Pour une désinfection et/ou un nettoyage désinfectant des surfaces
extérieures du dispositif, procéder à une désinfection par essuyage. À
ce sujet, il est possible d’utiliser des désinfectants homologués pour les
dispositifs médicaux métalliques.
La désinfection en spray ou par immersion n’est pas autorisée.
Laryngoscope :
Plonger le laryngoscope souillé dans une solution désinfectante appro-
priée (par ex. « ID212 forte », « BIB forte », « Lysetol FF »).
Il est impératif de respecter les consignes suivantes :
- Concentration de la solution désinfectante conformément aux indica-
tions du fabricant ;
- Durée de la désinfection conformément aux indications du fabricant.
Stérilisation :
Stérilisation non autorisée.
Il est possible de traiter le laryngoscope à l’autoclave. Ne disposer le
laryngoscope dans l’autoclave que s’il est sec. Pas de stérilisation ni
stockage dans un lm.
Mise au rebut :
Ce dispositif et ses accessoires peuvent être éliminés avec les déchets
ménagers.
Stockage, transport et conditions de service :
Température ambiante entre -10° et +40 °C.
Humidité relative de l’air entre 30 et 85 %.
