OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations to the purchase of your new video projector.

EXPLANATION OF SIGNS
The triangle containing a lightning symbol is used to indicate whenever your health is at risk (due to
electrocution, for example).
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates particular risks in handling or operating the appliance.
Important Safety instructions and danger warnings
• Please read these instructions carefully, they include important information about the installation, usage and
maintenance of this product.
• Please keep this User Guide for future reference. If you sell the unit to another user, be sure that he also
receives this instruction booklet.
• Always make sure that you are connecting to the proper voltage, and that the line voltage you are connecting
to is not higher than that stated on the decal or rear panel of the xture.
• This product is intended for indoor use only!
• The product belongs to protection class I and must be connected to an earthed mains outlet only.
• To prevent risk of re or shock, do not expose xture to rain or moisture. Make sure there are no ammable
materials close to the unit while operating.
• The unit must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 20in (50cm) from adjacent sur-
faces. Be sure that no ventilation slots are blocked.
• Always disconnect from power source before servicing.
• Maximum ambient temperature (Ta) is 104° F (40°C). Do not operate the xture at temperatures higher than
this.
• In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using the unit immediately. Never try to repair the unit
by yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the
nearest authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type of spare parts.
• Make sure the power cord is never crimped or damaged.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while it is on.
DISCONNECT DEVICE: Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

INSTALLING THE BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL
Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote control as shown and
insert 2x AAA size batteries ensuring correct polarity

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BATTERIES
This symbol indicates that used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but deposed correctly in
accordance with your local regulations. Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the
like.
When the internal batteries are not to be used, remove them to avoid damage caused by battery leakage or corrosion.
ATTENTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly placed. Only replace by the same or equivalent type.
WARNING: Do not swallow the battery. Danger of chemical burns. Keep new and old batteries out of the reach of children.
If the battery compartment doesn't close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children.
If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced into any other part of the body, contact imme-
diately a doctor.
TURN THE PROJECTOR ON/OFF
To turn on the projector, connect the power cable and press the power key on the back board or the top panel. It
will take a couple of minutes for the lamp to start operating.
If you switch it on with the switch on the back board, the indicator light will turn red.
If you switch it on via the remote control or the top panel, the indicator light will change to blue.
After a few seconds, the lamp will begin to work.
If you use the projector for the rst time, the image may appear blurry or distorted. Refer to the image adjust-
ment chapter for instructions.
You may also reset the system parameters anytime. Please refer to the Menu Setting chapter.
While using the projector, press the power key to enter standby mode.
When the projector is in standby mode, its auto protecting system will be activated. Press the power key to start
up again.

Standard setting
Please refer to following table to adjust your picture size and distance (from the lens to the screen):

We recommend not to exceed 80" for a better picture.
Please allow±3% to the image sizes above. If the distance is below the minimum or above the maximum, the
image could be blurry.
Please check the diagram below for trapezoidal adjustment.

Contact a professional installer to mount this projector to a ceiling.
Follow the instructions in g. 4 for the correct projector positions.

TOP PANEL CONTROLS (FIG. 2)

Choose the input signal such as AV, YPbPr, HDMI or PC.

FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
Turn the lens clockwise or counterclockwise to the projector until the picture is sharp.
KEYSTONE
If the projected picture has keystone distortion, correct the image with keystone adjustment. The image gets a
trapezoidal shape when the screen or projector is not level. Please reposition the projector to improve its angle
to the screen. However, the circumference of the image may not be focused.

If you are unable to use the keystone correction function to correct the trapezoid distortion, please lower the
projector vertically to the center of the screen.

MENU SETTINGS
1) Menu setting method
1. Whilst operating the projector, press the menu key. The projector
will show an image as shown in picture 1.
2. Press "▲/▼" key to enter the following submenus: Picture>soun-
d>time>option>channel.
3. After entering the selected submenu, use "◀/▶" buttons to select
the specic item you want to adjust as shown in picture 2.
4. Use "OK" and "◀ / ▶" to adjust the parameters as shown in picture
3.
5. After completion of the adjustments,
press "Menu" again to return to the
previous menu.

Caution:
1. The USB interface supports USB1.1, USB2.0 including hard drives and ash drives.
2. Supported max. storage: 400GB
3. Supported system format: FAT16, FAT32, NTFS
4. The USB interface can support most drives but is not universal. Any unknown device problem is caused by
the device drive.
5. The total current of the connected devices should not exceed 1200mA. The problems caused by incorrect
operations are not covered by the warranty.

7) SOFTWARE UPDATE
If the software needs to be updated, you can update the system through USB.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTION TO A PC
1. Connect to a PC via HDMI:
Connect the projector and the device via the HDMI cable. Press "Source" on the remote control and choose
"HDMI-1" as input source (picture1)
2. Connect to a PC via VGA:
Connect the projector to your device via the VGA cable. Press "Source" on the remote control and choose
"VGA" as input source (picture 2)

Recommendations:
Adjust the PC/laptop display resolution to about 1024 x 768 or a little higher which can improve the sharpness.
If the screen doesn't display properly after connection, please set your PC from "Multiple display" to "Duplicate
these displays".

TROUBLESHOOTING

INSTALLATION DES PILES DANS LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE
Retirez le couvercle du compartiment à piles au dos de la télécommande et
insérez 2 piles AAA (LR3) en respectant la bonne polarité.
RECOMMANDATIONS POUR LES PILES
Ce pictogramme indique que les piles et batteries usagées ne doivent pas être jetées avec les ordures ménagères,
mais déposées dans des points de collecte séparés pour être recyclées. Tenir les piles à l'abri d'une chaleur exces-
