Connect the Camera to Your Computer
When prompted by the software’s on-screen messages, connect the camera to a USB port
on your computer.
Set Up Microphone and Speakers
1. Point the microphone toward you, and place it no more
than 3 feet away.
2. If you are using speakers, position them at least 12 inches
(30 cm) away from the microphone to reduce feedback,
and angle the speakers away from the microphone.
3. Do not place objects between you and the microphone.
4. Your camera comes with Logitech®RightSound™echo
cancellation technology, which enables a crisp and clean
audio experience by eliminating annoying echoes
when you are speaking into the built-in microphone.
Following the steps listed here will also ensure an enjoyable
audio experience for you.

The Audio Tuning Wizard
The first time you use the camera, you will be guided
through the Microphone/Speaker Setup Utility and
Audio Tuning Wizard. Subsequently if any audio
issue arises, access the Audio Tuning Wizard
from the Camera Settings dialogue box in the Quick
Assistant or Logitech Control Panel.
The Audio Tuning wizard allows you to:
•Select the Audio Input Device (Microphone)
and the Audio Output Device (Speakers).
•Enable (AEC) Acoustic Echo Cancellation
(Recommended).
•Set speaker output volume and microphone input volume.
• Test audio settings.
Position Camera
Place the camera in the middle of your computer monitor for optimal eye contact.
The camera can pivot vertically or horizontally, allowing you to find the best position.
Fold in or flatten out clip to place
camera on any flat surface.

Einrichten von Mikrofon
und Lautsprecher
1. Stellen Sie das Mikrofon so auf, dass es auf Sie zeigt und nicht
weiter als einen Meter von Ihnen entfernt ist.
2. Wenn Sie Lautsprecher verwenden, sollten Sie diese mindestens
30 cm vom Mikrofon entfernt und so aufstellen, dass sie nicht
auf das Mikrofon zeigen, um Rückkopplungen zu vermeiden.
3. Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände zwischen Ihnen und dem
Mikrofon.
4. Die Kamera ist mit der Echo-Unterdrckung Logitech®
RightSound™ausgestattet, die beim Sprechen in das integrierte

Der Audio-Assistent
Wenn Sie die Kamera das erste Mal verwenden,
werden das Dienstprogramm zum Einrichten von
Mikrofon und Lautsprechern sowie der Audio-Assistent
aufgerufen. Falls Probleme mit dem Audio auftreten,
können Sie jederzeit den Audio-Assistenten über das
Dialogfeld “Kameraeinstellungen” im Schnellassistenten
oder der Logitech-Systemsteuerung aufrufen.
Der Audio-Assistent ermöglicht Folgendes:
¥ Whlen des Audio-Eingabegerts (Mikrofon)
und -Ausgabegerts (Lautsprecher)
¥ Aktivieren der akustischen Echo-Unterdrckung (AEC) (empfohlen)
¥Festlegen des Ausgabepegels der Lautsprecher und des Eingabepegels des Mikrofons
¥ Testen der Audio-Einstellungen
Positionieren der Kamera
Platzieren Sie die Kamera in Augenhöhe in der Mitte des Monitors. Sie können die Kamera vertikal oder
horizontal schwenken, bis Sie die optimale Position gefunden haben.
Klappen Sie den Clip auseinander,
um die Kamera auf einer ebenen Fläche
