After reading this manual, make sure to keep it in a place where you can
easily access while using the product.
•Please don’t use the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack in a place that often produces static electricity and heat. It
can cause breakdown and failure.
•Please don’t use the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack in a place that is really damp and/or dusty. It can cause
breakdown and failure.
•Please don’t disassemble, convert, and/or repair. It can cause
breakdown and failure and will void warranty.
•Please don’t spill water, oil, and/or chemicals on product. It can cause
breakdown and failure.
•Please check that device’s voltage is compatible with your product.
•To prevent failure, malfunction, and danger of an explosion, please do
not leave your product around a heat source or combustible material.
•Do not shake or throw the product.
•When the product has damage, don’t power it on.
•When not in use, please charge the product once a month.
•Ifinternaluidsoftheproductcomeintocontactwithskin,rinsewith
clean water immediately to prevent irritation to your skin.

•Please do not press or bend the charging cable. This can cause failure
or malfunction.
•Do not leave the product in/around heating appliances, car interiors,
or high temperature environments. It may cause overheating and/or
explosion.
•If product emits smoke or a strange smell, stop use immediately. It may
causereorelectricshock.
•Please leave the product out of the reach of children or babies.
•Do not put the product in the microwave or oven. Rapidly heating the
productcancausedamage,overheating,re,explosion.
•Please immediately discontinue use if there is a strange odor, heating,
discoloration, and other strange phenomenon while using the product.
The product may overheat, combust, or explode.
•Please do not allow the product to sustain a strong impact or be
dropped. The product may overheat, combust, or explode.
•Do not apply pressure or puncture the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack. The product may overheat, combust,
or explode.
•Donotexposetohightemperaturesover60˚C.Thiscancause
overheating,re,orexplosion.
•Do not leave or use in high temperature and humidity such as a
bathroom. The product may overheat, combust, or explode.
•Please do not step on or press cables. If the cable is broken, do not

overheat, combust, or explode.
•Do not plug metal objects into the body. The product may overheat,
combust, or explode.

•Do not use the product for long periods of time on a blanket or quilt,
electric blanket, or on the carpet. The product may overheat, combust,
or explode.
•The Li-Ion battery is a hazardous component, which can cause injury.
•If you need to replace the battery, take it to the nearest authorized
LG Electronics service point or dealer for assistance.
•Batteryreplacementbyanon-qualiedprofessionalmaycause
damage to your device.
Recycling/disposal: Product must be disposed of properly. Do not
throw it in the trash or incinerator.

You can check the remaining battery capacity when you press the
LED button (4). The current battery capacity will be represented by
the LED indicator light (see the table below).

CAUTION
• Please charge the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack
at least once a month because it consumes a small amount of current even
when not in use.

Operation
Charging the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack
CAUTION
Charge the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack
completelybeforeusingitforthersttime.BeforeconnectingtheUSBcable,
check that the voltage/current of the adapter is compatible with your device.
If you use a charging device with inadequate voltage/current, it may cause
the charging device or the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power
Pack to malfunction.
1. Using the USB cable, connect the PC’s USB port and the PowerTank
10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack’s Micro USB input
port(3).
-The LED indicator light (2) will blink during the charging process.
2.TheLEDindicatorlight(2)willturnonwhenchargingisnished.You
can now remove the USB cable.
,NOTE
• LED lights display charging conditions and capacity indications. For more
details, refer to LED conditions on page 4.
• When you press the LED button (4) while charging the battery for the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack, charging will be
interrupted for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, charging will automatically
resume.

Sequential Charging*
1. Connect the charger adapter to the USB cable, and plug it into a wall
outlet. Connect the cable to the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger&PowerPack’sMicroUSBinputport(3).
2. Using the USB cable, connect the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack’s USB output port (1, Port A or B) to your
mobile device’s USB port.
Depending on the mobile device, the charging process may not stop
eventhoughthebatteryisfully(100%)charged(chargingtimes
may vary depending on the mobile device’s manufacturer).
3.Whenyourmobiledeviceisnishedcharging,removetheUSBcable
connecting it to the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack.
* During sequential charging, the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack will be simultaneously charged while charging
the mobile device(s).
,NOTE
• During sequential charging, the charging current will be limited; therefore,
charging may take longer than usual.
• It is recommended that you use the charger adapter plugged into a wall
outlet during sequential charging. Sequential charging via USB port to PC
may not charge.
• If the charger adapter is disconnected during sequential charging of the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack and a mobile
device, the mobile device will be charged via the PowerTank 10,000 mAh
Portable Charger & Power Pack.

• If the mobile device being charged is disconnected during sequential
charging, the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack will
continue to be charged.
Charging Mobile Devices
CAUTION
To ensure voltage/current compatibility, before charging your mobile
device, check the manufacturer or manual for the voltage/current charger
specicationsofyourmobiledevice.
1. Using the USB cable, connect the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable
Charger & Power Pack’s USB output port (1) to your mobile device’s
USB port.
2. Press the LED button (4).
-The mobile device’s current battery capacity will be represented by
theashingLEDlight(2).
3.Whenthemobiledeviceisnishedcharging,removetheUSBcable.
,NOTE
• You can use the supplied USB cable to charge your mobile device.
• After pressing the LED button (4), Charging mode for a mobile device will
be available for 20 seconds. If a mobile device is not connected to the
PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger & Power Pack within 20 seconds
of pressing the LED button, the PowerTank 10,000 mAh Portable Charger &
Power Pack output will power off.
• Available accessories may vary by region, country, or service provider.
