WOOD HEATER DESCRIPTION
Appliance Manufacturer: La Castellamonte
Wood Stove Model: Stack
Type: Freestanding, radiant-type room heater
WOOD HEATER INFORMATION
Materials of Construction: The unit’s firebox is constructed of mild steel lined with
firebrick. The outside of the unit is sheathed with large ceramic panels for heat retention.
The loading door has a 12” x 8” glass panel retained by a fiberglass gasket.
Air Introduction & Control System: Primary and secondary air enter through the
bottom of the unit and are regulated by separate manually controlled slide shutters.
Primary air is routed to the bottom of the firebox through a grate while secondary air is
routed to the ceramic manifold baffle in the upper portion of the firebox.
Internal Baffles: The secondary air manifold also acts as a baffle, routing combustion
products around it before exiting through the flue.
Flue Outlet: The 6” diameter flue outlet is located in the top of the unit.
WOOD HEATER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
