JOYBAY SWING CAR
INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Joybay Swing Car meets and exceeds the highest International and US toy
safety standards. It is CE and ASTM F963 certied.
Please follow these safety guidelines:
1. When unpacking the swing car, keep package away from children, and
properly dispose of all plastic wrappings or any packing material before
use.
2. Adult assembly is required. This product contains small parts, keep chil-
dren away until assembled.
3. Read and understand this entire manual and instruct children on proper
use of this product before allowing them to ride.
4. Never leave child unattended. Adult supervision is strongly recommend-
ed at all times.
5. Never use the swing car near pools, steps, or any other places where a
drop may occur.
6. Never use the swing car on a hill, steep slopes or uneven, rough surfac-
es.
7. Never use the swing car on any public street, sidewalk, or any other
places where vehicles might be present.
8. To avoid the possibility of falling or tipping backwards, always lean for-
ward toward the steering wheel when riding.
SAFETY GUILDLINES
Congratulations on the purchase of your Joybay Swing Car, the easy to
operate, fully kid powered, and special one of a kind ride-on toy!
Before the exciting riding journey begins, please make sure to read and fol-
low all safety, assembly and using guidelines. Our swing cars are designed
to accommodate children from 3 years of age with a maximum weight
capacity of 220 lbs, and are sure to satisfy hours of riding fun.

9. Always inspect your swing car before riding, check the tightness of the
steering wheel from time to time and tighten the steering wheel if needed.
(Follow below troubleshooting section for details).
10. Do not use the swing car if any part of it is broken, loosing or missing.
(Contact customer support for help).
11. Do not put ngers or toes under or near the wheels when the swing car
is being operated.
12. Please keep all relevant information for future reference.

Wheel for your convenience.

Includes one Rear Left Wheel and one Rear Right Wheel.

SWING CAR PARTS

Line up notches on rear wheel shaft
with grooves in the hole, then insert
wheel.
Make sure wheel is fully inserted.
NOTE: You may wish to use a
rubber mallet to gently hammer into
place.
Put the foam tube in place, then
slide front wheel shaft into bottom
hole, through the foam tube, and
into the top hole.
Make sure the wheel shaft is fully
inserted. NOTE: You may again
wish to use a rubber mallet to lightly
hammer into place.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Insert bolt into steering wheel as
shown.

Insert washer and nut. Then use
one nger to hold the bolt, and the
other hand to tighten the nut with
the hex tool until it is not moving
free. NOTE: The nut should be
slightly tightened but make sure it is
not rmly tight at this step.
Line up the front wheels with small-
er wheels facing forward as shown.
Insert steering wheel shaft into
hole in top front of swing car, with
wide part of steering wheel facing
forward as shown.
Use the included hex tool to tighten
the nut AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE
this time (Very important).
NOTE: insert screw-driver or other
metal object into holes on the hex
tool to help you tighten.
Insert the steering wheel cap and
enjoy the riding journey!

IMPORTANT
IMPORTANT

The ideal place to use the Swing Car is large open space with smooth and
at surfaces.
NOTE: indoor use is not recommended for regular swing cars with black
PP wheels, as the wheels may cause damage to ooring. Swing cars with
colored PU wheels can be used both indoor and outdoor.
1. Assemble the swing car as shown on the instruction steps.
2. Sit on the seat, place both feet in the footrests, lean slightly forward and
place both hands on the steering wheel.
3. Move the steering wheel left, then right continously. This will cause the
swing car to move forward.
4. To move faster, lean foward over the steering wheel, and use your whole
upper body to move the steering wheel.
5. To Stop, stop moving the steering wheel back and forth, wait for the car
to slow, then place feet on the ground.
USING THE SWING CAR
If you notice that the steering wheel becomes loose or fails to steer the
swing car, the steering wheel nut may not have been tightened enough.
Remove the cap from the steering wheel with a slotted screwdriver and
loosen the nut with the hex tool. Repeat steps 7 to 10, and tighten the nut
As Tight As Possible.
