As a safety feature, this lamp has a polarized plug to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
means it has two flat prongs and a third circular prong underneath, and it will fit in an outlet
one way only. If the plug does not fit fully and easily into the outlet, do not force it; contact
a qualified electrician.

Attach the diffuser to the lamp base by rotating clockwise until fixed in placeScrew the included lightbulb into the socket of the lamp base.
(For the table mounted version, please follow the instructions after step 3 before
this step.)

Plug in the cord and turn on the light.

Standard Column Mount with Switch

Unscrew the base plate from the threaded column. Gently insert the table mount
into the table.
Drill out a 2 ½” diameter hole to fit the threaded base column.

Secure the base plate onto the underside of the table by using the screws provided
or screws that are appropriate for the surface.
Rotating clockwise, secure the base plate onto the base column until it reaches the
desired height.
