Thank you for buying HeliArtist Products.450 scale fuselage is designed as an easy way
to assembly.
Please read this Instruction manual carefully before assembling the model,and follow all
recautions and recommendations in the manual.Make sure to retain the manual for
future reference,routine maintenance,and tuning.
This scale fuselage is designed for TREX450/Nitro Helico ter series.You can easily ut
it on your TREX450/Nitro for new clothing.

R/C helico ters are not toys.R/C helico ter utilize various hightech roducts and
technologies to rovide su erior erformance.
Im ro er use of this roduct can result in serious injury or even death.Please read this
manual carefully before using and make sure to be conscious of your ersonal safety
and the safety of others and your environment when o erating all HeliArtist roducts.
Manufacturer and seller assume no liability for the o eration or the use of this
roduct.Intended usage of this fuselage is only for adults with ex erience of flying
remote control helico ters at legal flying field.After the sale of this roduct we cannot
maintain any control over its o eration or usage.
After assembling the scale fuselage,the weight will increase and the structure will
become more com lex,so we do not recommmend to have any 3D fly as to avoid any
accident and damage.
R/C roducts require a certain degree of skill to o erate,and is a consumables item.Any
damage or dissatisfaction as a result of accidents or modifications are not covered by
any warranty and cannot be returned for re air or ex erience roblems during o eration
or maintenance.
Fly only in safe areas,away from other eo le.Do not o erate R/C aircraft within
the vicinity of homes or crowds of eo le.
R/C aircraft are rone to accidents,failures,and crashes due to a variety of reasons
including lack of maintenance, ilot error,and radio interference.

EFORE ASSEM LING
2:Some basic tools are needed to help the assembly.
1:Check for all the psrts in the list come with the manual.

driver
3:Phillips screw driver. 4:File.
5:Diagonal cutting pliers.
6:Silicone 7:CA glue. 8:A glue
9:Fine sandpaper.10:Scissors.

5:Wood Fixing block x2(left&right) 6:Combination self-Tapping Screw2x10mm x6
7:Hex Cap Screw2x25mm x4 8:Nuts 2x5mm x4
9:Washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mm x4 10:Sponge for tail x1
11:Vertical Stabilizer x1 12:Hex Cap Screw2x18mm x2
13:Washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mm x2 14:Horizontal Stabilizer x1
15:Wings 16:Head Window Cover(Left & Right)x2

Glue the wood pieces together to form two
wood blocks.(Remarks: the hight of the wood
block is depend on what heli you use.)
Cut the protrudent part as the picture.

5:Wood Fixing block x2(left&right) 6:Combination self-Tapping Screw2x10mm x6
7:Hex Cap Screw2x25mm x4 8:Nuts 2x5mm x4
9:Washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mm x4 10:Sponge for tail x1
11:Vertical Stabilizer x1 12:Hex Cap Screw2x18mm x2
13:Washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mm x2 14:Horizontal Stabilizer x1
15:Wings 16:Head Window Cover(Left & Right)x2
17:Side Window Film(Left & Right) x2 18:Side Window Film(Left & Right) x2
Glue the Landing Gear in the body like
the picture.
Insert the skid pipes into the front and
rear landing skids as illustration.

Removed the tail like the picture.
Stick the wood pieces on the ackplane
with Combination self-Tapping
Screw2x10mm.

Stick the wood pieces under the center of
the body.(Combination self-Tapping
Screw2x10mm)
Stick the tail like the picture.
Put the Sponge inside the tail.
Put the frame into the Case.
Stick the Wood pieces under the ody.(Hex
Cap Screw2x25mm x4;Nuts 2x5mmx4
;washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mmx4)

Put the wood fixing block insert the
Plywood slot.

Stick and make sure the Vertical
Stabilizer alignment the tail.( Hex Cap
Screw2x18mm;Washer ￠ 2.5x ￠ 5x0.5mm)
Glue the Horizontal Stabilizer on the
Vertical Stabilizer like the picture.
(Make sure it is balance.)
