Troubleshooting Steps
This mouse is a plug and play mouse that does not need any driver to run, if you run the
mouse on a computer and it does not function correctly, please try the following steps:
1. Unplug the mouse from the USB port, and plug it into the USB port again, then
restart the computer.
2. If you are using a desktop PC, it would be better to plug it into the USB port on
the back of the computer, due to that the ports locating on the back of the
computer are able to provide more power than those in the front.
3. Try a different USB port or test it on another computer and check the behaviour
of the mouse, see if it can run correctly.
4. Try a different surface, better run it on a mouse pad due to that a mouse could
perform better on smooth surface.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the
claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the

inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.

Kroky řešení problémů
Tato myš je myš typu plug and play, která ke spuštění nepotřebuje žádný ovladač. Pokud
myš spustíte na počítači a nepracuje správně, zkuste následující kroky:
1. Odpojte myš od portu USB a znovu ji zapojte do portu USB, poté restartujte
počítač.
2. Pokud používáte stolní počítač, bylo by lepší jej zapojit do USB portu na zadní
straně počítače, protože porty umístěné na zadní straně počítače jsou schopny
poskytovat více energie než ty na přední straně počítače.
3. Vyzkoušejte jiný port USB nebo ji otestujte na jiném počítači a zkontrolujte
chování myši, abyste zjistili, zda může správně fungovat.
4. Vyzkoušejte jiný povrch, raději myš používejte na podložce pod myš, protože myš
by tak na hladkém povrchu mohla lépe fungovat.
