Vinyl Care and would like to congratulate you on this choice.
lease read the enclosed instruction manual carefully and make sure that you understood
everything before installing and using the device. This manual will provide you with technical
guidance that ensures cleaning and care of your records, trouble-free use of your device and
your safety.

A large 65 mm button for operating the device.

PLATEPosition, Plate runs on fixed speed with automatic direction of rotation. Double
brush head or round brush on a fix mounted foot. Manual wetting of the plate by
apply-bottles (included)
VACUUMPosition, Plate runs with reduced rotation speed, automatic switch of
rotation direction after 1 ¼ turn, the suction turbine starts and vacuums the plate off
softly and gently.
In the PLATEPosition you’ve got the option to scrub a plate with a double brush head
or a round brush for a longer period of time. Due to the reduced rotation speed the
detergent stays on the plate and won`t be pushed off the plate by centrifugal force.
The automatic change of rotation direction allows cleaning the plate without having
to stand. The plate will be cleaned until you cancel the cleaning and vacuum the
loosened dirt.

Limited Autom. 24V DC Vinyl cleaning machine
Information for the new features:
•The Limited Autom. 24V DC have now a big 24V DC powerpack with
integrated fan to take out the heat.
•The handling and the optic is the same uality.
•If the main unit goes faulty you have only 24V DC on the front not longer
110V/230V AC how on the old Limited autom. RB.
•The CPU with the software can be updated in 1 minute by yourself without
sending the machine. This have the advantage that you don't must resign on
your machine and you can use your machine.
If you want to update you become a new CPU from us and send back the old
one. A manual to change the CPU is included.
•With the new 24V DC unit we have become the Limited Autom. 24V DC much
more uiet.
•The Limited Autom. 24V DC can bought in a based version without
roundbrush for an cheap price.
With extension sets how a roundbrush set or a extension main unit you can
build your Limited Autom. 24V DC step by step up to an full Mera ELB Eco
24V.
•A special system enables the customer to mounting the parts safety by
thereself. If you have uestions we are very glad to help.
Neue functions:
•To safe engery the machine turns off after 2 minutes in vacuum.
In the normally washing program the machine runs without a time limit.
•Now its possible to change the direction of the plate in vacuum. You can use
this feature if you push the pump button in program „VAC M“.
•In the program „VAC M“ the machine changes the direction of the plate
after 1 ½ rounds.
•In the program „PLATE“ the machine changes the direction of the plate after
5 rounds.

1. Warning notes
1. Do not use the cleaning device before reading the instruction manual
2. Before commencing any work on the device please first of all unplug the power cord
from mains!
3. The device may only be operated in well-ventilated spaces.
4. Keep the device away from children.
5. It is recommended to unplug the powercord, when the device is not in use.
6. Ihr Gerät darf nicht in feuchter Umgebung, sowie in feuchten Räumen aufbewahrt werden.
7. Before the first use please check the power cable on possible damages.
8. Only original spare parts such as original washing liquid may be used when cleaning the
records.
9. If the unit emits an abnormal odor or smoke, turn it off immediately and disconnect the
power cable.
10. You must not wear loose garments, that can get trapped in the turntable.
11. The device may only be used for the purpose of record cleaning.
12. The device must not be left unattended while it is being operated.
13. The device must not be used on flammable surfaces
14. The device must be installed upright and stable.
15. The cleaning liquid must not be drunk and be in contact with the eyes or mucous
membranes
16. The cleaning liquid must be kept away from children.
17. The detergent must not spill on sensitive surfaces.
18. Do not fill more tan 0.4 litres of the cleaning fluid into the tank.

19. Empty the waste water container regularly and at latest after 30 records.
20. The record must not be laid on or removed during ongoing operation
2. Delivery and packaging
The Hannl record cleaner comes in a specifically designed packaging. At first it is advisable to
check if there are recognisable external transport damages. In case of any damages please
give us written notice within 3 days!
Please check the completeness of the scope of delivery as well. Included are following items:

Instruction manual
Power cord
Cleaning liquid
2 Sets of replacement velvet sheets
specific bottle to apply liquids (only for RB )
1 microfibre cloth
Tool for round brush
Important note: Please do not through away the original packaging. You will need it to
protect your cleaning maching from possible damages during transportation
(movings/repairs).
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions about how to use the
cleaning device!
3. Installation
Please note that this cleaning device makes use of liquids, which may potentially dissolve
plastic or varnished surfaces. Therefore, please place your record cleaner preferably on
insensitive underlays or protection mats.
Please also insure that the pinch valve at the end of the hose (under the device) is always
firmly closed

4. Front view, operative elements incl
4.1 Illustration:
Before operating you must bring the power switch to the EIN position, that, looking from the
front, is located at the rear right under the device.
Press the standby key to activate the standby mode of your device.
Tip: When you have finished the cleaning procedure set the PROGRA E
SELECTION SWITCH to the STOP Position. After having used your device, the
installed fan might conduct damp air away up to 10 minutes. Then, aprox. 10 minutes
later your device will automatically shut down and go into standby mode.
The programme selection switch allows you to select between „LEFT“, „LIQUID“,
„RIGHT“, „VACUU “, ,,AUTO-R”.
