Remarks:
When press the "Pause " or "Cancel " button, the heating pipe will be stopped immediately but
the fan motor and the LCD display light will stop operation after 20 seconds.
B. Important
Please read this manual carefully before using this product as dangers may occur under incorrect operations.
C. Danger
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or rinse under the tap as that will harm the electrical and
heating components.
- Avoid any liquid entering the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit.
- Keep all ingredients in the frying basket to prevent any contact from heating elements.
- Do not cover the air inlet and air outlet when the appliance is in operation.
- Overow of oil in the oil collection plate may cause a re hazard.
- Do not touch the interior of the appliance while it is in operation.

Do not put any glass, ceramic and plastic (heat resistance under 200˚C) objects in the Digital Aria Fryer.
D. Warning
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance ts with the power supply voltage.
- Do not use the appliance if there is any damage on plug, main cord or other parts.
- Do not go to any unauthorized person to replace or x damaged main cord.
- Keep the appliance and its main cord away from children.
- Keep the main cord away from hot surfaces.
- Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
- Do not connect the appliance to an external timer switch.

- Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtain.
- Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliance.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance or close to the air outlet.
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
- Do not let the appliance operate unattended.
- During operation, hot steam is released through the air outlet. Keep your hands and
face at a safe distance away from the steam and the air outlet. Also be careful of
hot steam and air when you remove the frying basket from the appliance. (Fig.2)
- Pay attention to any accessible surfaces that may become hot during use.
- Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance.
Wait for the smoke emission to stop before you remove the basket from the appliance.
E. Caution
- Ensure the appliance is in placed on a horizontal, even and stable surface.
- This appliance is designed for household use only. It is suitable to be used safely in
environments such as staff kitchens, farms, motels, and other non-residential environments.
- The guarantee is invalid if the appliance is used for professional or semi-professional purposes,
or it is not used according to instructions.
- Always unplug the appliance while not using.
- The appliance needs approximately 30 minutes to cool down for handling or cleaning safely.
F. Automatic switch-off
The appliance has a timer feature, it will automatically shut down the appliance when count down nished.
You can manually switch off the appliance by pressing the "Cancel " button and the machine will be
completely stopped after 20 seconds.
G. Electromagnetic elds (EMF)
The appliance complies with all standards regarding Electro-Magnetic elds (EMF). Under proper
handling, there is no harm for human body based on available scientic evidence.
H. Before the rst use
1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers or labels.
2. Clean the frying basket and oil collection plate with hot water, and some detergent and a
non-abrasive sponge. These parts are safe to be cleaned in a dishwasher.
3. Wipe the interior and exterior of the appliance with a cloth. No need to ll the oil collection plate
with oil and frying fat as the appliance works on hot air.
I. Preparing for use
1. Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal and even surface.
Do not place the appliance on surface which cannot resist heat.
2. Put the frying basket onto the oil collection plate.
Do not ll the oil collection plate with oil or any other liquid.
Do not put anything on top of the appliance, the airow will be disrupted.
J.Using the appliance
This appliance is able to prepare a wide range of dishes, you may refer to the recipe booklet.
1. Connect the main plug into an earthed wall socket.
2. Pull the frying basket out of the Digital Aria Fryer with the handle (g.3).
3. Place the ingredients into the frying basket (g 4).
4. Slide the frying basket back into the Digital Aria Fryer and close the door (g.5).
5. Select the cooking program on the control panel.
6. You can change the setting according to section ‘K' settings to determine the right temperature
and time(g.6). Just press the temperature setting (+,-) and time setting (+,-) for setting. Press
the "Start " button for starting the program (g.7).

Pre-heat the appliance for 5 minutes if the appliance turns cold
Note: You can also pre-heat the appliance without any ingredients inside. In that case, press the
“Pre-heat” program on the control panel and then press the "Start " button to start. Then ll the
frying basket with food, choose the correct cooking program and start the program by pressing the
"Start " button. The heating element and fan motor icons will light up to show the cooking status
and the time will count down on LCD screen.
7. Some ingredients require to shake halfway during the operation (see section ‘K' settings).
Pull the frying basket out of the appliance using the handle and shake it. Then slide the frying
basket back into the fryer. (g.8)
Tip: If you set the timer to half of the preparation time, you have to shake the ingredients when
you hear the timer bell rings. However, it means that you have to set the timer again to the
remained preparation time after shaking.
8. When you hear the timer alert, the operation is completed. Pull the frying basket out of the
appliance and place it on the heat-resistant holder. (g 9)
Note:
You can also switch off the appliance manually by pressing the "Cancel " button. The
appliance will be stopped completely after 20 seconds.
9. Check if the ingredients are ready.
If the menu are not fully-cooked yet, simply slide the frying basket back into the appliance
and choose the program again but manually adjust the cooking time by reducing a few minutes.
10. Empty the frying basket into a bowl or onto a plate. (g.10)
Tip:
To remove large or fragile ingredients, lift the ingredients out of the frying basket by a pair of tongs.
11. When one batch of ingredients is ready, the fryer is instantly ready for preparing another batch.

*After the completion of each cooking program (with a "beep" tone alert) or press the "Start / Pause " or
"Cancel " buttons during cooking process, the appliance will be shut down automatically after 20 seconds*
Note:
If you want to stop the program for a while and continue later, you can press the "Start / Pause " button
to pause the process. And then press the "Start / Pause " button again to continue the program.
If you press the
"Start / Pause "
button during cooking and then open the door, the operation will
be paused. When you close the door again, the program will stop and reset to the basic setting.

K. Settings
This table below will help you select the basic settings for the ingredients.
Note: Keep in mind that these settings are indications only. As ingredients differ in origin, size, shape
and brand, please adjust accordingly for the best setting for your ingredients.
Because air is heated up constantly inside the appliance, pulling the frying basket out of the appliance
briey during operation will not disturb the process.
Note: Add 5 minutes to the cooking time or choose Pre-heat program if the inner cavity of the Digital
Aria Fryer is cold before cooking.

L. Cleaning
Clean the appliance after every use. Do not clean the frying basket and the interior of the appliance
by metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage their non-stick coating.
1. Remove the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down.
2. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a moist cloth.
3.
Clean the oil collection plate and frying basket with hot water, some detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
4. Remove any remaining dirt by degreasing liquid.
Note: The oil collection plate and frying basket are dishwasher-proof.
Tip:
If dirt is stuck to the frying basket or the bottom of the oil collection plate, ll the plate with hot water.
5. Clean the interior of the appliance with hot water and non-abrasive sponge.
6. Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
M. Storage
1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
2. Make sure all parts are cleaned and dry.
Tips
- Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
- A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time, a smaller
amount of ingredients only requires a slightly shorter preparation time.
- Shaking smaller ingredients halfway during the preparation time optimizes the end result and
can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
- Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the Digital Aria Fryer within a
few minutes after you adding the oil.
- Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the Digital Aria Fryer.

N. Environment
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste, but bring it to the
ofcial collection point for recycling. In doing so, you do contribute to environmental
protection.
