SECURITY ISSUES
Before use, carefully read the user's manual and save it for later use. The
manufacturer is not responsible for any damage / injury caused by improper
use. Depending on the part of the Smartwatch, some functions may differ with
the functions described in the user manual.
It is forbidden to use the device if it is damaged.
Using this device near medical devices may disrupt their operation. Pay
special attention when using the smartwatch near medical devices,
such as pacemakers, hearing aids and other electronic medical
devices.
It is forbidden to throw equipment into the fire. There is a risk of battery
explosion and, as a consequence, life and health hazards.
The device should be protected against heat sources and direct
sunlight.
Do not immerse the device in water.
Do not dive in the device.
In the event of damage, take the device to an authorized service centre
for inspection / repair. Attempting to repair it yourself may lead to
damage to the device and will void the warranty.
Only clean the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use
chemicals or detergents to clean this device.
IMPORTANT! Smartwatch is not a medical device. The Garett GT20S
smartwatch and Garett Activ application are not used for medical diagnosis,
treatment or as a preventive measure against disease or illness. Before
changing your sleep habits and physical activity, first consult your doctor.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INSTALLATION
Place the watch on your wrist and adjust the length of the strap so that
the device strap is not loose.
OPERATION
Turn on / off
Note: Before first use, make sure that the smartwatch is connected to the
application. The watch will automatically synchronize the time and the
physical activity data will be saved correctly.
Touch and hold your finger on the main screen to display the change menu
of the watch face. Swiping the left / right finger to select the dial and then
confirm the selection "Ok".
Change the watch face
Press and hold the on / off button (2) to turn the device on. To turn off the
device, press and hold the on / off button for approx. 3 seconds.
3. Before the first use, the device should be charged for approx. 2 hours.
1. The Smartwatch is charged using the magnetic cable attached to the
device.
Note: The device should be stable when charging.
2. Connect the magnetic end of the cable to the contacts on the back of the
device. Then connect the other end of the cable to the USB port of your
computer or USB power adapter.
CHARGING
Smartwatch works with your smartphone using the Garett Activ application.
Before using, download this application from the Google Play Store or
AppStore and install it on your phone.
The application can be searched by entering the name "Garett Activ" in the
store search engine or by scanning the corresponding QR code presented
below.

Note: Each time you turn on the smartwatch and the application, the data is
synchronized automatically (devices must be paired!).
Note: The Garett GT20S Smartwatch does not require a permanent
connection to the smartphone, but in order to fully use the watch function, it
must be paired with the smartphone using the application, user data must be
entered before the first use in the application.
In order for the steps to be measured, the pedometer must first be
activated. To go to the pedometer to activate it, select the "Pedometer"
option in the main menu of the watch. Then click "Start", the pedometer
will start to measure steps. By moving your finger to the right on the
screen, we return to the main menu, steps will be measured in the
background.
PAIRING
Note: Garett GT20S Smartwatch works with smartphones that support
Bluetooth 4.0. It is also compatible with Android 4.3, iOS7 (and higher).
After pairing the watch with the phone, enter user data ("Me" tab at the bottom
of the screen): name, gender, age, height, weight, birthday.
3. Open the Garett Activ application.
5. When pairing, place the watch near the phone with which we will pair it.
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
6. After successful pairing, the Bluetooth icon will appear on the watch
display.
2. Make sure the smartwatch is on.
4. Go to the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen, then select the "+ Add"
option, search for devices, and then select the device named "Garett
GT20S"
It is also possible to change units of measure and temperature degrees. The
application also allows you to personalize the profile photo and set the goal of
the daily number of steps. To change the profile photo, touch the icon and then
select a photo from the Album or make a new one. After connecting the watch
with the phone, the recording and analysis of physical activity and sleep
automatically begin. After disconnection, the watch display shows time and
activity information. The data is also stored in the watch's memory.
DISPLAY MENU
1. Contacts: List of contacts synchronized from the connected phone. By
clicking on any contact, and then on its number, we choose the connection.
2. Dial: Dial any number.
Note: When contacts are not in alphabetical order, set options in settings
(Settings> Language> Display contact: First name)
The first time you use the "Contacts" function, you will be asked to connect
the watch with your phone to synchronize your contacts. When properly
connected, the Bluetooth icon on the display will change to blue-green. You
also need to grant permission to synchronize your contacts.
Enter the main menu by sliding your finger on the main screen of the watch
in any of the pages. By sliding your finger left / right we move through the
menu. By touching the screen, we enter the selected function. After
entering the function, swiping to the right returns to the previous screen.
3. Messages (Android only): Text messages synchronized from the
connected phone. We can display the content of each message, reply to
the message using a quick template or call back to the sender.
15. Pulse: Function of the heart rate monitor. By clicking on the icon in the
upper right corner we can display the measurement history and set the
measurement mode to choose: manual or automatic.
4. Register: voice calls from a connected phone.

źClock - date and time settings: Clock type: select the watch face
Display - display settings:
źTime lapse: blanking time of the display
Language - device language settings:
źAuto. sync: synchronization of language settings from the application
źLanguage: select the device's menu language
źContact : settings for displaying contacts in the phone book
Reset: Resets the watch to its factory settings.
Sport: Sports modes. We can choose one of several available sports
activities. After you finish and save your activity, they will also be imported to
the app connected with the watch.
Info: display information about the software version

APPLICATION
1
To start measuring your heart rate from
the watch, go to the Pulse menu and
then click "Start". Before you start
measuring, make sure that the sensor
touches your skin. The measuring area
should be kept clean; soiling can
negatively affect the result. Keep your
body relaxed and motionless during
tests. Hold the device at the same height
as your heart, do not talk during the test.
