•Installationofthewaterheaterbody
*TheHeight
Standardfortheheightoftheheateristhattheheightoftheflameinspectionhole(flame
peepwindow)shouldbehorizontallyatthelevelofyoureyes.
*MounttheHeaterBody
1.Fixtheupperpartoftheheaterwith
asteelexpansionboltoramounting
screw,thenfixtheheaterwithtwo
mountingscrewsattheholesofthe
lowerbracket.
2.Ifthewallforthemountingisof
combustiblematerial,insulationoffire
resistanceisneededbetweenthe
wallandtheheater.Thethicknessof
theinsulationshouldbenotlessthan
10mm.
3.Spacesshouldbeleftbetweenthe
roof/wallandtheheater.(Refertothe
diagram)
4.Twoholesof130cmforairinhaleandexhaustdischargerespectivelyarerequiredfor
theroomtheheaterisinstalled.Thetwoholesshouldbeseparatelyinthevicinityofthe
floorandtheroofandhasaccesstooutdoor.Theholesshouldbefarfromexhaust
dischargepipetoavoidcountercurrent.Whenblindsareusedforairinhaleandexhaust
discharge,theminimumspacebetweentheleafsshouldbenotlessthan8mm.
•ConnectWaterPipes
Thejointsforconnectingof
waterinletandoutletis
screwthreadwithdiameter
of1/2 NPT.Refertothe
diagramfortheconnecting.
