EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
E - VAC PUMPS CHARACTERISTICS
A great ally in the ght against cross infection, it was idealized to meet the new bio-safety
demands in the dental area, where the Vacuum pump has been applied aiming to reduce the
use of the cusp, reducing the time to perform the procedures. It provides greater comfort to
patients and provides the dental surgeon with a better visualization of the work eld, due to
its high suction power, reducing aerosols and eliminating blood, saliva and residues.
POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE:
Bivolt feature leaves the factory set for operation in 220V, requiring only the repositioning
of the electric whips to change into 127V (this activity must only be carried out by an
authorized Evotech technician);
CONTROL VOLTAGE:
24 Vdc, supplied via Transformer.
MOTOR:
WEG, High performance electric motor, provided with a stainless steel shaft and intermittent
thermal protector.
TURBINE SET:
Formed with Flange, Rotor and Cover, manufactured in Brass alloy, guaranteeing high
performance and durability;
NOISE MUFFLER:
Incorporated into the product, it eectively reduces the noise generated by the pump’s air
displacement;
RESIDUES FILTER:
Installed at the suction inlet, it has a cup located in the lower part, which, when removed for
cleaning, avoids the splash of residues on the oor, further increasing the protection of the
professional and biosafety;
WASTE COLLECTOR FILTER SMART KIT:
It allows quickly change the set that is in operation, allowing immediate return to activity;
DISCHARGE:
Performed directly into the drain;
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS BOX:
Manufactured with injected engineering plastic, providing greater mechanical resistance,
which is xed on a metallic chassis and distant from the engine; avoiding direct heat transfer
to components;
WATER ADJUSTMENT:
The regulator is located in the outer region of the Electrical Component Box, allowing easy
access; the product leaves the factory adjusted for the consumption of 0.4 l min;
WATER INLET:
Standard threaded connection, being able to be connected to 3/4 ”and 1/2” valves;
WATER FILTER SYSTEM:
There is a double lter at the water inlet, being a sintered lter mounted on the water inlet hose
and a lter located in the water inlet solenoid valve itself, preventing the entry of residues;
