Before installing and ﬁrst use, read carefully the instrucons!

If you have found a fact, in the manual, that could prevent from use of the product, please return it before

installing in the undamaged original packaging back. For the current warranty condions and the possibility

of returning, please contact your dealer who will advise you how to proceed.

*Main Advantage of the baery compared to

Li-Pol is LiFePO4 composion. Life Li-pol baery

is 400-800 cycles. LiFePO4 baery has a life

of 2000 cycles and more. The baery is also

possible to use in extreme temperatures from -

15 ° C to 60 ° C without loss of performance.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

For baery holder assembly, you need 4 pcs of M8 screws including pads and nuts. Lenght of screws depends

on your bike construcon. These screws aren’t part of package.

Fasten the lower spacer rods to carrier (Fig. 3). Rods allow set carrier to the three diﬀernt posions (Fig. 2).

Select the opmal height to have carrier in horizontal posion. (Bolts aren't included in basic package).

Aach the rods to the bike frame using holes next to the chainrings cartridge (Fig. 4).

PROPER CHARGING

Lithium cells which contain EVBIKE baeries can be recharged at any level of charge or discharge - these

baeries have no memory eﬀect. We recommend always aer the ride, to recharge the baery so you can

immediately enjoy full power and a long driving range. Aer recharge always unplug the baery from

the charger. Charge the baery only at room temperature (25 ° C). Charging at temperatures below freezing

and vice versa charging the baery exposed to excessive sunlight is prohibited.

Current state of charging is indicated by LED color lights on charger.

• RED – charging in progress.

• GREEN – charging ﬁnished (charger is now disconnected from baery).

The charging me is 3-6 hours depending on baery condion.

PROPER DISCHARGING

Recharge the baery to full capacity aer the the ﬁrst disconnecon of protecve controller. Never try to

reuse the baery aer protecve disconnecon! Deep discharge of some cells and their unrepairable damage

may happen! Such baery usage may also cause unbalance of baery cells voltage and decrease their

capacity. In extreme cases, the baery can not be recharged again. This kind of damage can be easily

diagnosed and will result in avoiding your warranty.

UNLOCK

PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Default posion of ignitor is UNLOCK. Turn the possion

to PUSH and push the key inside. There is a lock

at the boom of baery, which lock baery to the

carrier. Then turn to OFF and right aer to ON. Now the

baery is locked to the carrier and system is powered

(Fig. 7).

Use Curved rods (Fig. 3) to aach carrier to bike frame under the seat. Use the supplied screws and lock

nuts (Fig. 5).

Choose correct distance and ﬁx the rods to carrier using provided screws (Fig. 6).

When the carrier is aached to bike frame, aach the baery.

BALANCE CHARGING

Inside the baery is an electronic baery protecon - balance circuit (compensates the voltage of the cells to

the same value). When using the baery cells voltage is always soly unblanced and we recommend aer

about 8-10 charging cycles to leave the baery on the charger even aer charging is completed. The baery is

sll charged by a small maintenance current ﬂow and balance circuit equals the voltage of cells to the same

level. Therefore double the charge me compared to standard me. Do not perform balance charging every

me you recharging the baery. It may shorten service life of the baery cells. We recommend balance

charging especialy before ﬁrst ride and always, if you suppose that the baery has not its standard power!

STORAGE

If you do not use the bike for more than 1 hour, always disconnect the baery using its power switch. If you do

not use the bike for more than 24 hours, always remove the baery, recharge it and store in a safe dry place

at room temperature. Beware of short-circuit the baery terminals (contacts) when storing and handling. For

long-term storage, such as oﬀ-season, it is also necessary check baery every 14 days (using LEDs) and aer

1 month recharge the baery to its full capacity. If you do not perform this maintenance deep discharge of the

baery cells will occur. This irreparable baery damage is not covered by warranty.

WARNINGS FOR BATTERY USE POSSIBLE DANGERS

Danger of shortcut and ﬁre

Charged or uncharged cells contains a high amount of electric power, it may cause a electric sparks when

contacts are in shortcut. Baeries are not ﬂammable, but ﬁre may be created from sparks or high

temperature connectors (temperature caused by shortcut).

Danger of injury caused by DC current

When connecng more cells or baeries to serie, the danger of injury increases. Never touch the electric

wires or other componnents that are powered.

Danger of chemical material

Lithium cells and baeries does not contain any causcs or acids. Sll materials that are aﬀecng human

body are inside. We recommend you to use following guidelines when manipulang with Lithium cells.

Eye protecon: use eyewear to prevent intrusion of any chemicals in eye.

Skin protecon: use protecon clothing and gloves. Prevent contact of chemicals with your skin.

Inhale protecon: Manipulate with cells or baeries only in venlated areas.

END USER INSTRUCTIONS

Baeries and cells can be used only by person, instructed to use Lithium baeries and cells. This nstrucon

is done by last reseller. When the baeries are sold and shipped, instrucon is done via enclosed manual,

more details to be found at reseller website.

WARNINGS

• Protect against unqualiﬁed manipulaon, protect against kids.

• Protect against water or other liquids.

• Use the baeries with control or constant managment of Baery protecon/control system.

• Protect the cells and baeries against overcharge and deep discharge.

• Don’t brake baery case, don’t manipulate with damaged baeries.
