Press this button to open and close the printer power
Ink
Press this button to move the print head to the cartridge change location.
When detecting the service life of the cartridge market, press this button to
print the head to the ink check position.
After changing the cartridge, press this button to return the print head to the
initial position.
When the ink indicator lights go out, press the button for 3 seconds to clean
the print head.
Printing
paper
Press this button to load or pop out the print paper.
You can resume printing if you press this button when there is a lack of paper
error or multiple page feed errors.
Press this button when printing jobs to cancel the print.
2. Unpacking and Inspection
(1)steps:
①Prepare a screwdriver and open the button of the wooden box.
②Insert the power cord, turn on the "main power switch" and the "power switch in the printer control panel",
and wait for the printer to finish self-inspection.
③Place the platform in a fixed position and ensure that the connection between the platform and the printer is
aligned.
(2)Notes:
①Only one power-on inspection to be carried out;
②After ensuring that the printer's appearance and self-inspection status are normal, then fill the
ink.
3. Print Drive Installation

①start The printer.
②connect the printer USB cable to the computer.
③Double-click drive to start installation.
（2）Notes:
①Wait patiently during the installation of the drive. It is expected to last about 15 minutes.
4. Installation of AcroRIP Printing Software
(1) Step: Double-click the software to install.
(2) Notes:
①The software is constantly updated, please consult the sales staff to install the latest software version.
5. AcroRIP Curve Setting
(1) steps:
①Click "file" in the upper left corner of the software; select "Unit" and choose "mm".
②Curve settings (not required; see video for details)
(2) Notes:
①Language Conversion is located at the third option in the upper left corner of the software interface,
"language"
②Coverage must be used when curve folders are pasted to the software installation location.
6. Ink injection and sprinkler dredging
（1）steps:
①Put the corresponding color ink into the ink bottle.
②Pumping ink bag with needle tube; using vacuum to lead ink to ink bag.
③Click on the top left corner of the software "file"; select "Head cleaning"; click on the confirmation to
wash the nozzle with ink.
④Pumping waste ink tube with needle tube (in the position of ink bottle)
(2) Notes:
①When taking the ink bag, hold the finger in front and back position. You can't squeeze it in the middle,
otherwise ink will flow out.

7. Print test pages and positioning boxes
(1) steps:
①Lay a blank pet film;
②Click on the top left corner of the software "file"; select "Nozzle Check";
③Observe whether the printed lines are complete or not; if not, proceed to step 6 again.
(2) Notes:
①The printer should be selected before printing.
②It is the normal phenomenon that The white and yellow of the test page are difficult to observe.

8. Printing task
(1) steps:
①Click on the top left corner of the software "file"; select "Open"; open the corresponding picture file.
②Setting up printing position and output pattern size
③The picture must be mirrored. There are two operation paths for mirroring pictures.

④Click on the top left corner of the software "file"; select "Print"; Check both options “print color first” and
“color+white” at the same time.
9. Management and Maintenance
(1) Printhead maintenance
The printer should be maintained after shutdown for more than three days in order to prolong the life of the
printhead.
①When the printer starts self-checking, when the typewriter is in the middle position, the total power supply
shall be disconnected.
②Manually move typewriter, add maintenance fluid to the empty position.
③Pour in the maintenance fluid, merge it into the typewriter and move it back to its original position.
(2) As the ink cart moves, lubricating oil must be added to the guide rail of the ink cart every month to
prevent the motor from overheating and slowing down.
(3) The machine should be placed in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
(4) The ambient temperature of the machine should not be too high.
(5) Service life and preservation of ink
1Storage site requirements: ink must be placed in a cool, back lit place, preferably placed in the
bottom of the warehouse, with glass or metal platforms is the best, height should not exceed 1 mete
r.
2Ink storage and packaging requirements: black opaque plastic bottles for outer packaging and cart
ons for outer packaging. At the same time, no other articles can be placed above the ink in order t
o avoid extrusion and damage.
③Ink storage personnel requirements: only-staff, other people should not contact, because the ink h
as a certain corrosive, avoid dripping into the eyes, skin, if this situation occurs, immediately rinse
with clean water.
④Usage requirements of textile ink: ink should be used immediately after opening, and unused ink must be
sealed immediately.

10. Code of Practice for Printer Safety
1.1 avoid places where temperature and humidity are prone to drastic changes: keep away from dust areas;
avoid direct sunlight, strong light, or heat sources.
1.2 place around enough space to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation.
1.3 avoid placing in areas prone to vibration or uneven ground. The machine should be placed close to the
wall socket for easy online work with the computer.
1.4 connect the power cord directly to the wall socket, do not use extension cord, do not use damaged or
broken power cord. be sure to access the ground wire at the installation position.
1.5 printer's power plug, power cord, network wire must be in good contact, firm, avoid in the place of
frequent activities, so as not to accidentally fall off the system equipment damage.
1.6 avoid exposing the printer to flammable liquids, gases and smoke agents. or it could cause fire or electric
shock.
1.7 insert the printer power cord into the standard power outlet when the printer power switch is off.
1.8 do not remove any door cover or screws other than those specified in the manual.
1.9 machine starts, be sure to take away the irrelevant items on the machine and avoid paper clips, staples, or
other small metal falling into the machine.
1.10 Do not put your hand into the printer while the printer is working.
1.11 Do not move the printhead by hand, otherwise the printer may be damaged.
1.12 Power cord shall not be damaged, cut or modified. It is forbidden to place heavy objects on the power
cord or to pull or bend the power cord unnecessarily.
1.13 If any of the following occurs, the power switch should be turned off immediately and the plug should
be unplugged (grab the plug instead of the cable when unplugging it). (1) A foreign body is splashed into the
machine. (2) Suspected that the machine needs repair or repair. (3) Damage to the casing of the machine.
1.14 Do not touch parts labeled "high temperature surfaces ". Otherwise it could cause injuries.
1.15 Do not burn spilled or used toner. Dust of toner may burn in flames. Remove the power cord from the
wall socket before moving the printer; avoid damaging the power cord under the fuselage.
1.16 Cut off the power after work.
