Description
The CPG is a Penning gauge head. Operation of the gauge head is based on the principle of
cold cathode ionisation.

Intended use
The CPG may only be used for the measurements of total pressures in vacuum systems and
only when converted to a PGC201 vacuum gauge controller instrument.
