Service
All EDL Chiropractic instruments are constructed of the highest grade of
materials available, and are subjected to rigorous testing and calibration
procedures before leaving our facility. However if the need for repair
arises, as the original manufacturer of Nervo-Scope®and Analagraph®
Chiropractic instruments we offer ongoing customer support and repair/
calibration services. Due to FDA regulations, Nervo-Scope® repairs are
only completed at our APPROVED REPAIR FACILITIES (one located in VA in the
USA, and one located in Buenos Aires South America), by one of our trained
technicians. Before sending your scope in for service, we recommend rst
trying reset your scope. If returning for service, include a completed Repair
Form inside the case with your scope. Use ample packaging to prevent
further damage in transit. Send the scope inside a corrugated container
with at least 3” of packaging around all sides of the instrument (including
the top and bottom). Label the outside of the package “Fragile – Handle
with Care” and insure for the full value of the instrument. The manufacturer
accepts no responsibility for damages or loss during transit.
Note: Tampering with the instrument may cause additional or more severe
damage, and will void the warranty.
Important: When sending instruments in for service, you must include a
completed Repair Form with full contact information and specic details
as to the nature of the repair service required. Print a Repair Form online at
