このたびは、イーグルの分離タイプ爪つきジャッキをお買いあげいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
ご使用の前に、必ずこの取扱説明書をよくお読み頂き、内容及び操作方法をよくご理解頂いた上で、
正しくご使用下さるようお願い申し上げます。また、必要と思われる職場や部署には必ず配布し、い
つでも参照出来るよう、大切に保管して下さい。
Thank you for purchasing EAGLE Remote Toe Jack. Please be sure to read this instruction manual
carefully before use, and make sure that you understand the contents and operation method well
before using the product correctly. Also, be sure to distribute it to workplaces and departments
where you think it is necessary, and keep it in a safe place for your reference at any time.
この取扱説明書にある項目は、危険の程度によって次の 3 つに区分しています。
The safety precations in this manual are classied into three levels of hazardousness as follows;
Introduction
取り扱いを誤った場合、使用者が死亡または重傷を負う危
険性が高いと考えられる場合。
DANGER is used to indicate the presence of a hazard,
which WILL cause SEVERE personal injury, death, or
substantial property damage if the instructions are
ignored.
取り扱いを誤った場合、使用者が死亡または重傷を負う可
能性があると考えられる場合。
WARNING is used to indicate the presence of a hazard,
which CAN cause SEVERE personal injury, death, or
substantial property damage if the instructions are
ignored.
取り扱いを誤った場合、使用者が軽症を負う可能性が考え
られる場合、及び物的損傷のみの発生が考えられる場合。
CAUTION is used to indicate the presence of a hazard,
which WILL or CAN cause MINOR personal injury or
property damage if the instructions are ignored.

ズからお選びください。

■ 本製品の操作を誤った場合、重大な危険を伴う場合があります。取扱説明書に記載してある全て
の指示をよくお読みになり、理解した上でお取り扱いください。
Although it is simple to operate, if mishandled, jack can present a significant safety hazard.
It is therefore essential that all the instructions in this manual are read, fully understood and
strictly observed.
■ 酒気を帯びた人は使用しないでください。
Never allow the person to operate jack who is intoxicated by alcohol.
■ 安全上問題となることがあるので、本機を改造してはいけません。
Do not alter jack mainly because of problems of the secure.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
一般的な注意事項
以下、分離タイプ爪つきジャッキの注意事項
■ ジャッキアップの作業過程において、手や足等の身体の一
部、または全身を、絶対に重量物の下に入れないでください。
重量物の落下・転倒等の事故による死亡または重傷の危険
があります。
Never put any part of your body, such as your hands or
feet, or your entire body under heavy objects during the
jack-up process. There is a risk of death or serious injury
due to an accident such as dropping or falling of a heavy
object.
安全にお使い頂くために

■ ジャッキは平坦で硬い地盤に、安定した状態で設置してご
使用ください。傾斜地や軟弱地ではジャッキが安定しない
ため、重量物の落下・横転事故等の危険があります。
Install the jack on flat and hard ground in a stable
condition before use. Since the jack is not stable on slopes
or soft ground, there is a risk of heavy objects falling or
rolling over.
■ 重量物をジャッキアップする際は、対象物の下に爪部を根
本まで垂直に差し込んでご使用ください。爪部の先端で使
用すると、重量物が爪から外れてジャッキが転倒するなど
して、重量物の落下・横転事故等の危険があります。
When jacking up a heavy object, insert the toe part
vertically to the root under the object. When using it at the
tip of the toe, heavy objects may come off the toe and the
jack may tip over, causing a risk of heavy objects falling or
rolling over.
■ 重量物をジャッキアップさせたままの状態で保持する場合
は、安全確保のために安定性の良い適切な保持台で支えて
ください。ジャッキのみによる保持は不安定であるため、
重量物の落下・転倒等の事故による死亡または重傷の危険
があります。
When holding a heavy object in a jacked-up state, support
it with an appropriate stable holding base to ensure
safety. Since holding by the jack alone is unstable, there is
a risk of death or serious injury due to an accident such as
dropping or falling of a heavy object.
■ ジャッキの許容荷重を超えた荷重では絶対に使用しないで
ください。過負荷によりジャッキが破損し、重量物の落下・
転倒等の事故による死亡または重傷の危険があります。
Never use the product with a load that exceeds the
allowable load of the jack. The jack may be damaged due
to overload, and there is a risk of death or serious injury
due to an accident such as dropping or falling of a heavy
object.

■ 爪部と重量物との間に隙間が生じる場合は、必ずスペーサー
をご使用ください。爪部と重量物との間に隙間があると、
ジャッキが傾斜し、重量物の落下・横転事故等の危険があ
ります。
If there is a gap between the toes and heavy objects, be
sure to use a spacer. If there is a gap between the toes and
a heavy object, the jack may tilt and there is a risk of the
heavy object falling or rolling over.
■ 頭部での使用時は必ず中心に荷重がかかるようにしてくだ
さい。荷重が中心から外れると、ジャッキが倒れ、重量物
の落下・横転事故等の危険があります。
When using on the head, be sure to apply a load to the
center. If the load deviates from the center, the jack may
fall and there is a risk of a heavy object falling or rolling
over.
■ ジャッキを急激に下降せないでください。重量物の落下・
横転事故の危険があります。
Do not lower the jack sharply. There is a risk of falling or
rolling over heavy objects.
■ 加圧時は、カプラ取り外し作業を行わないでください。油
が勢いよく噴出する危険があります。
When pressurizing, do not remove the coupler. There is a
danger that the oil will spurt out vigorously.
■ 作動油が飛散したとき、重大な被害の生じるおそれのある
場所では使用出来ません。特に、火気の近くでの使用は引
火の危険があるため避けてください。
When hydraulic oil is scattered, it cannot be used in places
where serious damage may occur. In particular, avoid
using it near re as it may catch re.
■ 高圧ホースは消耗品です。外観上は何ら異常が認められない状態であっても、内部に傷やピンホー
ルなどが発生している可能性があります。耐用限度までに達しなくても、使用状況などを考慮し
て定期的に交換してください。
The high pressure hose is a consumable item. Even if there are no abnormalities on the
outside, there may be scratches Wor pinholes inside. Even if it does not reach the end of its
useful life, replace it regularly in consideration of usage conditions.

■ 作業時は、操作者の他に必ず安全確認者を配置してください。
When working, be sure to assign a safety conrmer in addition to the operator.
■ 外気温度－ 10℃～＋ 55℃の範囲でご使用ください。寒冷な環境では、作動油の凍結やパッキン
類の硬化により故障する可能性があります。また、極端に温暖な環境では、作動油及びパッキン
類の膨張により故障する可能性があります。
Use within the outside air temperature range of -10 ° C to + 55 ° C. In a cold environment, it
may break down due to freezing of hydraulic oil or hardening of packings. Also, in an extremely
warm environment, it may break down due to expansion of hydraulic oil and packings.
■ 廃油 ( 作動油 ) は「特別管理産業廃棄物」に該当するため、自治体の許可を得ている特別管理産
業廃棄物収集業者、または特別管理産業廃棄物処理業者に委託し、廃棄してください。
Waste oil (hydraulic oil) falls under the category of "specially controlled industrial waste", so
it is outsourced to a specially controlled industrial waste collector or a specially controlled
industrial waste disposal company that has a permit from the local government and please
dispost it safely.
■ 加圧時は絶対にホースに触れないでください。加圧時に高圧ホースが破損すると、高圧状態の作
動油が瞬時に噴出し、重傷を負う危険があります。
Never touch the hose when pressurizing. If the high-pressure hose is damaged during
pressurization, hydraulic oil under high pressure will be ejected instantly, and there is a risk of
serious injury.
■ 加圧時は絶対にホースに触れないでください。加圧時に高圧ホースが破損すると、高圧状態の作
動油が瞬時に噴出し、重傷を負う危険があります。
Never touch the hose when pressurizing. If the high-pressure hose is damaged during
pressurization, hydraulic oil under high pressure will be ejected instantly, and there is a risk of
serious injury.

１． 接続したポンプを操作しシリンダを上昇させます。ポンプの操作については、ご使用のポ
ンプの取扱説明書を参照ください。
Operate the connected pump to raise the cylinder. For the operation of the pump, refer
to the instruction manual of the pump you are using.
高圧ホースは必ずシリンダが最低位置まで下降した状態で取り外してください。ジャッキのス
トローク途中で高圧ホースを取り外すと、ポンプ側の作動油が少ない状態となり、次回使用時
に異なるジャッキと接続する際に作動油不足または作動油過剰の不具合が発生する可能性があ
ります。
Be sure to remove the high-pressure hose with the cylinder to the lowest position. If you
remove the high-pressure hose in the middle of the stroke, the hydraulic oil will not return to
the pump side, and if you connect it to a diff erent jack the next time you use it, a problem of
insu cient hydraulic oil may occur.

ジャッキ操作 Jack operation
１． カプラに塵等の異物が付着していないことを確認し、オ
スカプラとメスカプラを根元まで完全に締めて接続して
ください。締め付けが不十分で接続部に隙間が空いてい
る状態では、シリンダが正常に作動しません。
Make sure that no foreign matter such as dust is
attached to the coupler, and then completely tighten
the male coupler and female coupler to the root to
connect them. If the tightening is insufficient and
there is a gap in the connection, the cylinder will not
operate normally.
２． ジャッキ・高圧ホース・ポンプを接続したら、無負荷の状態でジャッキをフルストロー
クまで上昇させた後、下降させてください。こうすることで、機器内のエアを抜くこと
ができると共に、カプラが確実に接続されているのか確認することが出来ます。
After connecting the jack, high pressure hose, and pump, raise the jack to the full
stroke with no load, and then lower it. By doing this, you can bleed the air inside the
device and check that the coupler is securely connected.

使用後の処置 After use
１． ポンプ操作によりシリンダを最低位置まで戻した後、ジャッキ・高圧ホース・ポンプの
カプラをそれぞれ取り外してください。取り外し後はそれぞれのカプラに必ずダスター
キャップを付け、 塵等の異物が付着しないようにして下さい。
After returning the cylinder to the lowest position by operating the pump, remove the
jack, high-pressure hose, and pump cuypler. After removal, be sure to attach a duster
cap to the coupler to prevent foreign matter uch as dust from adhering to it.
2． 各機器は清掃し、防錆のために湿気がなく、直射日光の当たらない場所に保管してください。
また、下記の火気の近くでは保管しないでください。
Clean equipment after use. Also, to prevent rust, store it in a place with low humidity
and out of direct sunlight
２． ストップ位置を超えてフルストロークさせることは避けて下さい。万が一、フルストロー
クまで上昇させた場合は、速やかに上昇操作を停止して下さい。
Avoid making a full stroke beyond the stop position. In the unlikely event that you raise
it to the full stroke, stop the raising operation immediately.
３．ジャッキには常に垂直に荷重をかけてください。
Always load the jack vertically.

このジャッキは、最高使用圧力 60MPa 用に設計されたシリンダを使用しております。圧力設定が
60MPa を超えるポンプには接続しないでください。セットで使用するポンプは、当社の 60MPa
シリーズからご選定ください。
This jack uses a cylinder designed for a maximum working pressure of 60Mpa. Do not connect
to pumps with pressure settings above 60 MPa.Please select the pump used in the set from our
60MPa series.
■ 規定された最小曲げ半径以上の状態でお使いください。また、高圧ホースに動きがある場
合も、常に最小曲げ半径以上の状態を保つように取り付けてください。
Prease use it in a state where it exceeds the specified minimum bending radius. Also,
even if the high pressure hose is moving, always keep it at least the minimum bending
radius.
■ 内圧により伸縮しますので、たわみを持たせて取り付け
てください。
Since it expands and contracts due to internal pressure,
attach it with some defl ection.
■ 高圧ホースが床面や物に接触している箇所では、加圧時
の伸縮、振動で高圧ホースが擦れます。サポート又はクッ
ションをして高圧ホースを保護してください。
Where the high-pressure hose is in contact with the
floor or objects, the high-pressure hose rubs due
to expansion and contraction and vibration during
pressurization. Protect the high pressure hose with a
support or cushion.
■ 高圧ホースを引っ張って機器を移動させないでくださ
い。
Do not pull the high pressure hose to move the equipment.
■ 高圧ホースを踏んだり、高圧ホース上にものを落とした
りしないでください。危険と思われる場合は、必ず高圧
ホースに保護を設けてください。
Do not step on the high pressure hose or drop anything
on the high pressure hose. Be sure to provide protection
on the high pressure hose if it seems dangerous.
