KNOW YOUR DEEP FRYER
ON/OFF Button with Indicator Light –1. Press to turn the deep fryer ON/OFF. Green light
indicates the unit is “ON.”
Temperature Control Knob –2. Turn the temperature control knob from "OFF" position to set the
desired temperature.
Heating Indicator Light –3. Red light indicates the heating is on. When the desired temperature
is reached, the heating indicator light will turn off.
Keep Warm Indicator Light –4. When the desired temperature is reached, the keep warm
indicator light will turn on.
Oil Tank –5. Stainless steel double wall construction for reliability and durability. With MAX and
MIN level marks inside.
Outer Housing –6. Stainless steel material for easy cleaning.
Lid –7. Stainless steel construction with a handle. Dishwasher safe.
Fryer Screen –8. Helps to filter out the dregs and secure the basket. Dishwasher safe.
Basket –9. Fryer basket with heat-resistant handle to prevent scald. Dishwasher safe.
Drain10. – For easy oil draining and appliance cleaning.
Reset Switch –11. Located on the back of the deep fryer. Press to reset the appliance if needed.
