• This appliance is for indoor/household use only. Do not use outdoors.
• This appliance is not designed for commercial or industrial use; it is for
household use only.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be closely supervised at all times to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
• Do not operate this appliance if the power cable or plug is damaged. If either is
damaged, return it to Duronic for service or repair by a professional technician.
• Never try to replace the parts and repair the unit by yourself. Do not modify
the appliance in any way that is not described in the instructions for use. The
appliance contains live parts. Repairs may only be carried out by Duronic, using
original spare parts and accessories.
• If an extension lead/cable is needed to reach the appliance to a mains power
socket that is too far away out of reach of the appliance’s accompanying cable,
please ensure that:
- the marked electrical rating of the extension lead is at least as great as
the electrical rating of the appliance.
- the extension lead is of the grounded type.
- no other appliance is plugged into the same extension lead.
- the extension cable is safely positioned to avoid it being pulled on by
children or animals or being tripped over.
• Do not use this appliance to dry clothes.
• Do not use the appliance in high humidity or steam-lled rooms.

• Do not use this appliance near water or in the immediate surroundings of a bath,
a shower or a swimming pool.
• Do not allow water or any other liquids to run into the interior of the appliance, as
this could create a re and/or electrical hazard.
• Always turn the fan off and disconnected from the power supply when not in use.
• Do not use the fan while sleeping or place it near a person who is sleeping.
• Do not cover or place anything on top of the fan.
• Never touch the fan blades during use.
• Do not use any abrasive cleaners or solvents, as this will damage the fan.
• Ensure the appliance is switched off and the power cord is unplugged from the
electrical outlet before cleaning, servicing, or relocating the appliance.
• Never insert ngers or metal objects into the vents and openings of the fan.
• Do not push any objects in the air inlet and outlet grills as this may cause an
electric shock, re or damage the fan.
• Avoid placing the power cable in areas where it can become a tripping hazard.
Do not place the power cable under carpet or cover it with rugs, runners or
similar.
• To avoid a circuit overload when using this appliance, do not operate another
high-wattage appliance on the same electrical circuit.
• Always plug the fan directly into a wall socket. Avoid using extension leads
where possible as they may overheat and cause a risk of re.
• Do not use this fan with an external programmer, timer switch or any other
device which would switch the device on automatically unless this has already
been pre-built into the appliance by the manufacturer.

• Do not wrap the power cable and plug around the appliance, as this may create
kinks in the cable and cause the insulation to weaken or split, particularly where
it enters the appliance.
• Do not operate the appliance with the fan safety guards removed.
• Do not use the fan near petrol, paints, ammable gases, ovens, or other sources
of heat.

Introduction
This high velocity fan is ideal for the home, workplace, garage or even the gym. It
has 4 speed options to choose from, a 90° tilting head that lets you direct the ow
of air from oor to ceiling which gives you complete control at all times.
The powerful motor paired with the stainless-steel blades churn out refreshing air
rapidly and efciently, quickly cooling down the room and space around it.
Designed to not only function well but also look good, the modern chrome design
will look great wherever you put it.
This fan comes in two sizes: FN16 = 16” and FN20 = 20”

1. Remove all of the packaging materials. Check that there are no parts missing.
2. Position the fan on a dry level surface ensuring to be in close vicinity to a plug
socket.
3. Avoid placing the power cable(10) in areas where it can become a tripping
hazard. Do not place the power cable under carpet or cover it with rugs,
runners or similar items.
4. Plug in the power cable into the nearest wall socket.
Before First Use
POWER AND SPEED CONTROL
Use the Control Buttons(9) at the back of the fan to control the speed and turn the
fan On and Off:
0- Off
1- Low Power
2- Low/Medium Power
3- Medium/High Power
4- High Power
How to Use

ADJUSTING THE ANGLE
1. To make adjustments to the angle
of the fan, switch it off and adjust it
by hand to the desired angle using
minimal force.
2. If the fan doesn’t adjust using minimal
force, loosen the adjusting Nuts(4)
slightly at the side of the fan by turning
them anti-clockwise.
3. Adjust the fan head to the desired
angle and then tighten the nuts again
by turning them clockwise.

Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Unscrew the Safety Screws(7) around the rim of the Safety Grill(1).
2. Lift off the top half of the safety grill upward to release it.
3. Use a duster or soft dry cloth to remove any dust build-up on the Fan Blades(3)
and safety grill.
4. Place the top half of the safety grill back on to the fan and screw back in place.
