INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for choosing Dr. Frei®Electric Breast Pump GM-3. We are sure that having
appraised worthily the high quality and reliability of this device you will become a regular user
of the products of Dr. Frei® Trade Mark.
Before starting to use the breast pump please study the instruction book carefully. Following
the rules stated in the instruction book will provide for the faultless operation of the breast
pump for a long period of time.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE MANUAL BREAST PUMP
WASH YOUR HANDS THOROUGHLY.
1. Make sure that the silicone breast shield is perfectly seated on the ller.
2. Make sure the silicon valve xed into the ller, covering all the ller.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT LOSE THE VALVE. YOUR PUMP WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT IT
OR IF IT IS FITTED INCORRECTLY.
3. Fix to the ller/pump assembly to the bottle and screw tightly.
4. Fix the main pump body connecting to the ller and screw so it locks into place.
5. Insert the bottle into the base.
6. At last, set the breast shield lid onto the silicone breast shield.
BATTERY
• Fix two AA batteries according to the Instruction shows «+» «-» in the battery box
appropriately.
• In case the power is not enough for use, please have two more spare batteries each
time you use the product.
• If you don’t use the product for some period, please make sure to take out the batteries,
or damage maybe caused to the breast pump.
HOW TO USE:
1. Clean all the parts of breast pump, using the steam sterilizer, wash your hand and
assemble all the parts properly, tightened to avoid leakage.
2. Before start sucking milk, gently massage the breast or use a warm towel to compress
the breast, which is helpful for extracting breast milk.
3. Sit on a chair relaxed, and tilt your body forward slightly.
4. Turn the suction adjusting knob to the «MIN» setting.
5. Press the silicone breast shield to the breast tightly.
6. Please adjust the suction adjusting knob, feel of the suction, turn to «MIN», suction
become weak; turn to «MAX», suction become powerful. Mom adjusts the suction
according to their needs.

7. Turn the switch to «STOP» setting to stop the breast pump working, and then remove
the ller from breast.
8. After stopped the breast pump, you should put out the power adapter plug to make sure
it is safe.
9. Sucking two breasts alternately, no more than 10 minutes each time.
Please Note: If you can not draw any milk from the breast after ve minutes of operation,
discontinue use and try again later.
NOTICE:
• All parts should be cleaned and sterilized (bottle, nipple, silicone breast shield, ller,
silicon valve etc.) using the steam sterilizer. Keep it dry and sealed.
• Don’t use the pump without the bottle attached, іn case of injury.
• Don’t use the breast pump near water in case the іtem dropped and causing a short
circuit.
• Do not try to dismantle the main body of breast pump, any spare parts’ damage caused
by destruction will not in warranty condition.
• Do not use this product while lying, in case of milk spill out.
• If you have any discomfort or painful feeling after use, consult your Physician or
Lactation Consultant.
• This product is for single use only, if used by more than one person may cause a health
risk.
• Use a disinfected wet towel to clean the main body of the breast pump.
• Do Not Immerse Pump Mechanism in water.
HINTS
When should you use the breast pump?
1. When there is insufcient Breast Milk Flow, use the Breast Pump to simulate the Babies
Suction to promote milk ow.
2. When there is too much Breast Milk, use the Breast Milk Pump to suck away excess
milk.

3. In the case of Bulgy Breast Pain, use the Breast Pump to comfort yourself.
4. Use the Breast Milk Pump to draw milk for feeding at a later time.
How to use the breast milk pump most effectively?
1. Choose a time when you are least likely to be disturbed.
2. Having a picture of your baby with you during use helps promote milk excreting.
3. Before Using, Massage your breast gently or apply a warm towel to your breast for a few
minutes to help excrete the milk.
4. Being relaxed and warm are helpful hints for excreting breast milk; you can try using it
after taking a shower.
5. It is suggested to use the Breast Pump when nursing the baby on the other breast.
BREAST MILK STORAGE
If the breast milk would not be used for feeding baby immediately, it must be stored in the
feeding bottle and preserved by freezing in the refrigerator. If breast milk to be stored more
than 48 hours, It must be rapidly frozen, and use of dedicated storage containers, DO
NOT just use a feeding bottle. If you need long time storage of breast milk, we recommend
consulting your doctors or breast-feeding professionals, they will provide specialized
storage ways.

Modern people know that Breast Feeding has many unique advantages and adds to the
babies healthy development. The devise can be used to extend feeding time and or used
for later feeding by the working Mother. We sincerely hope you utilize the Manual Breast
Pump to its full advantage, and make nursing your child easier and more pleasant.
WARRANTY
This warranty applies to the electric breast pump model GM - 3 and lasts for 1 year from
the date of purchase. Warranty applies to electric part of the device only. The warranty
service does not apply to damages caused by: mechanical damages, damages from

natural disasters, attempt of self-maintained alterations made to the device, alter or repair
of the device and improper handling.
The warranty does not cover tear and wear of batteries and package of the device.
The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the warranty card which was correctly lled
in and stamped.

СБОРКА МОЛОКООТСОСА
ТЩАТЕЛЬНО ВЫМОЙТЕ РУКИ.
1. Оденьте силиконовую мембрану на воронку.
2. Присоедините силиконовый клапан к воронке.
ВНИМАНИЕ: НЕ ТЕРЯЙТЕ КЛАПАН. БЕЗ КЛАПАНА ИЛИ ПРИ НЕПРАВИЛЬНОЙ ЕГО
УСТАНОВКЕ МОЛОКООТСОС БУДЕТ РАБОТАТЬ НЕ НАДЛЕЖАЩИМ ОБРАЗОМ.
3. Закрепите воронку/насос на бутылочке и плотно закрутите.
4. Закрепите соединение насоса с воронкой.
5. После этого установите бутылочку на подставку.
6. В конце наденьте защитную насадку на силиконовую мембрану.
БАТАРЕЙКИ
• Установите две батарейки АА, соблюдая полярность.
• При использовании прибора желательно иметь две запасные батарейки, на тот слу-
чай, если батарейки окажутся разряженными.
• Пожалуйста, извлеките батарейки из прибора, если Вы не планируете его исполь-
зовать длительное время.
ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ:
1. Очистите и простерилизуйте все части молокоотсоса (бутылочка, соска, силиконо-
вая мембрана, воронка, силиконовый клапан) с помощью парового стерилизатора,
вымойте руки и соберите прибор. Убедитесь, что все части собраны надлежащим
образом, во избежание протекания.
2. Перед использованием устройства, мягко промассажируйте грудь или сделайте
компресс с помощью теплого полотенца, чтобы стимулировать выделение молока.
3. Перед началом сцеживания спокойно посидите, наклонившись немного вперед и
расслабьтесь.
4. Установите регулятор силы всасывания в положение «MIN».
5. Плотно прижмите силиконовую мембрану к груди, чтобы обеспечить надежную
герметизацию.

6. Для регулирования необходимой силы всасывания поворачивайте регулятор: при
повороте к «MIN» сила всасывания уменьшается, к «MAX» - увеличивается.
7. Для остановки работы молокоотсоса установите выключатель в положение
«STOP» и после этого снимите прибор с груди.
8. Сцеживайте обе груди попеременно, не более чем по 10 минут каждую грудь.
Внимание: Если не удается сцедить молоко в течение 5 минут, пожалуйста, попробуй-
те в следующий раз.
ПРАВИЛА ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ:
• Молокоотсос должен быть очищен и простерилизован до и после применения
(с помощью парового стерилизатора). Храните прибор в сухом прохладном месте.
• Не используйте молокоотсос без бутылочки. Это может привести к поломке.
• Не используйте молокоотсос в непосредственной близости к воде, во избежание ее
попадания, так как это может привести к короткому замыканию.
• Избегайте контакта устройства с прямым солнечным светом.
• Не используйте молокоотсос в разобранном состоянии, это может привести к по-
ломке.
• Не используйте прибор лежа, так как молоко может разлиться.
• Не погружайте насос в воду.
• Если Вы испытываете боль или дискомфорт после использования прибора, пожа-
луйста, проконсультируйтесь с Вашим врачом.
• Прибор предназначен только для индивидуального применения. Несоблюдение
этого правила может привести к распространению заболеваний.
• Для очистки насоса используйте влажную дезинфицирующую салфетку.
РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ:
Когда Вам следует использовать молокоотсос?
1. Когда у Вас недостаточное выделение грудного молока, используйте молокоотсос,
чтобы имитировать сосание ребенка и стимулировать выделение молока.
2. Когда у Вас избыточное количество грудного молока, используйте молокоотсос,
чтобы сцеживать лишнее.
