any Country other than that for which the pro uct was originally esigne an manufacture .
• This warranty will not reimburse for such mo ifications or attempte mo ifications, whether
properly performe or not, nor any amage resulting from them.
• This warranty will not reimburse for any attempte mo ifications ma e to a apt the pro uct for
purposes other than those efine in the contractual phase without prior consent in writing by
DEBEM S.r.l.
• DEBEM S.r.l. shall not be hel liable in any way for in irect, inci ental, or consequential amages
suffere by customers or thir parties, inclu ing loss of profits, resulting from any infringement
of the contents of this ocument, or suffere by customers or thir parties ue to the
impossibility to use the pro uct.
• The terms of this warranty shall be consi ere voi if the User uses the pump ifferently than
as specifie in the or er or oes not follow the instructions containe in this manual.
1.4 Warran y Implemen a ion
• The parts replace must be sent to the closest DEBEM S.r.l. office for review.

will not be grante unless the efective part is returne or appropriate
photographs an a written report are provi e .
• All efective parts replace , as provi e for in this ocument, become the property of DEBEM
S.r.l.
• The buyer shall not be require to eliver a efective part to DEBEM S.r.l. if:
· the part was estroye as a result of its efect or of any efect covere by this warranty
· DEBEM S.r.l. is
reasonably
satisfie that the pro uct was efective at the time of sale.
• If both of these con itions are met, DEBEM S.r.l. shall replace the part as establishe herein,
as if the Buyer ha elivere the efective part to DEBEM S.r.l.
• Pumps containing process flui or installations outsi e of the pumping unit shall not be taken
into consi eration.
• The buyer agrees to provi e DEBEM S.r.l. with the time an availability to perform repairs an /or
replacements, as DEBEM S.r.l. eems necessary.
• Interventions on the plant. If the pro uct supplie cannot be remove from the relate plant,
DEBEM S.r.l. shall be responsible only for the explicit repair costs. Any other costs shall be the
sole responsibility of the customer, base on A.N.I.M.A. (Italian Association of Mechanical an
Engineering In ustries) rates, inclu ing any civil works an /or efective esigns.
Without preju ice to the foregoing, DEBEM S.r.l. liability to customers or thir parties from any claim
shall be limite to the total amount pai by the customer for the pro uct that cause the amage.
This warranty shall be governe by the Italian law.
The Court of Busto Arsizio shall have sole juris iction over any ispute.
