WARNINGS
This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used
for any other purpose or in any other application, such as for non domestic use or in a
commercial environment.
Ventilation
Allow at least a 10 cm gap all around the product.
The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with
items, such as newspapers, table‐cloths, curtains, etc.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
This apparatus is not suitable for use in a tropical climate.
The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled
with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
CAUTION
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or
equivalent type.
Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat
such as sunshine, fire or the like.
To protect the environment, use local recycling facilities for battery disposal.

Remote control battery
The battery should only be replaced by adults. Do not allow children to use the
remote control unless the battery holder is attached.
The battery (1 x CR2025 lithium battery) for the remote control is included and it is
accessible and can be replaced.
To replace the battery, remove the battery holder located on the bottom of the
remote control to remove the battery.
This battery must be disposed of at your local recycling point.
First time use
Remove and discard the insulation film.

2. Replace the battery with a new CR2025 one in the battery
holder with the print face up.
3. Reattach the battery holder to the remote control.

Note: If the remote control is not used for a long period of time, remove the battery to
prevent damage or injury from possible battery leakage.

•The remote control works within a distance of about 5 metres from the sensor and

•To avoid interference, do not put any objects in front of remote sensor.

INSTALLATION
Attach the base to the main
body using the supplied screws
and washers.
PAIRING SPEAKER WITH A BLUETOOTH DEVICE
1. Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN jack ofthe speaker and then plug
the power adapter into the mains socket.
2. Press on the speaker or on the remote control to turn on the unit.
3. Repeatedly press SOURCE on the speaker or on the remote control until the
Bluetooth indicator light flashes GREEN.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth function ofthe device and place the device near this unit.
5. Set your Bluetooth enabled device to search the speaker and select “SKYLINE” from
the list of found devices.
•Note: If you are require

to enter a PIN code, enter 0000.
6. Once pairing is successful, the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid GREEN.
7. Start play on the Bluetooth device.
•The effective operation range between the unit and the paired Bluetooth device is
approximately 10 metres in the open area.
•This unit can only be connected to one device at a time.
•When you select the Bluetooth source, this unit will automatically connect to the last
connected Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth device will be disconnected if a different
audio source (e.g. AUX) is selected.
Disconnecting a Bluetooth device
While a Bluetooth device is connected, press and hold on the speaker for about 2
seconds or press PAIR on the remote control to disconnect current pairing.
The Bluetooth indicator light will flash GREEN.

Basic play
Play
Press on the speaker or press on the remote control.
Pause
Skip
Press on the speaker or the remote control to skip forward
to the next track and press to skip backward to the
previous track.
Volume
adjustment Repeatedly press /to set a desired listening level.
To turn the sound off, press on the remote control. Press it
again to turn the sound back on.
Note: You may also adjust the volume from your Bluetooth
device’s volume control.
Equalizer

Press JAZZ,CLASSIC or POP on the remote control to select the
desired equalizer mode.
LISTENING TO FM RADIO
1. Repeatedly press SOURCE on the speaker or the remote control until the FM
indicator light turns GREEN.
2. Repeatedly press /to tune up/down through the radio stations.
•To start automatic tuning, press and hold /until the FM indicator
light flashes GREEN. Release the button and the frequency will start scrolling.
Tuning will stop when a station is found.
3. To search all available stations, press and hold on the speaker until the FM
indicator light flashes GREEN and then release the button. 20 stations will be saved
as presets.
•Repeatedly press to listen to preset stations.
4. To switch between stereo and mono reception, repeatedly press on the
remote control.
•The radio wil
l
automatically receive FM radio broadcasts in stereo (when
available).
Alternatively, you can manually set the radio to receive only in mono.
This may be preferred if the signal strength is low, and the background noise level
is high.

USB CHARGING
On the top ofthe speaker there is a USB
CHARGING port. You can connect any USB
charging cable (not supplied) to it and use the
speaker as an external battery pack for charging.
Note: Make sure the speaker is powered on to
charge devices (charge at 5V, 2.1A).
LISTENING TO AUXILIARY SOURCE
1. Plug one end of the supplied audio cable into the headphone
jack on your device.
2. Plug the other end oftheaudiocableintotheAUXjack on top
of the speaker.
3. Press to turn ON the speaker.
4. Repeatedly press SOURCE until the AUX indicator light
illuminates GREEN.
5. Use your device’s audio controls for music playback.
•Note: only the volume buttons an

speaker or the remote control are operational when a
device is plugged into the AUX jack.
6. To stop playback, disconnect your device from the AUX jack.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch off and disconnect the unit from the mains socket before cleaning and
maintenance.
Clean the unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth and wipe it with a dry cloth.
Never immerse it in water.
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
