This dialog can be divided into three fields: MultiView streams and sources list, parameters, and preview pane.
The MultiView streams area presents all currents available at the moment. The parameters field allows specifying
or changing settings for a corresponding stream, while the preview area serves for displaying preview image of
the selected stream.
Press button in the toolbar, the parameters area will be activated for adding a new stream. The Stream name
editing field allows specifying a desired name for the appropriate stream or source. Using the Stream type
dropdown list you can select a required stream. Choose one from available options: Spider (shown by default),
ASI, IP (H.264), IP (RTSP), WME, Capture source, or Other.
In case of Spider selection specify the resource using the Spider dropdown list of the connected VideoSpider
resources and select a camera using the Camera selection list.
If you have selected the ASI stream for addition, choose the device from the Board dropdown list of the installed
Darim’s boards. Using the Program option set the number of a channel for streaming.
Specify IP address of the Darim’s MV401exp encoding station and port for streaming for the selected IP (H.264)
stream type.
Select the IP (RTSP) stream type for streaming data from Darim’s VideoSpider and PVE400 and define the IP
address and channel name.
In case of WME selected option, set the IP address of WME encoder server and port for streaming.
If you have chosen the Capture source option, select one of the available capture sources using the Source
dropdown list.
The selected Other option allows streaming from other sources. The only requirement is the known URL address
that you should type in the corresponding field.
The Field order parameter allows selecting the required order of the fields placement in the output stream.
Choose one from the available options: Low field 1st, Up field 1st, No field (de-interlace), or Auto placement.
You can set desired aspect ratio on output video stream. Select one of the following variants using the Aspect
ratio dropdown list. If you have set the Custom option, then specify the values for this parameter using two
editing fields to the right.
You can choose the video renderer type which will be used for showing stream. Select one of the following
variants using the Renderer type dropdown list. Specify the Max. renderers value. This parameter signifies how
many windows can show this stream simultaneously.
Fill the Preview check box to display the preview image of the given stream.
Press the Add button when you specify all the parameters for the stream. The new stream will be added to the list
of the existing MultiView streams. Later you can modify the parameters of the corresponding stream by
selecting it in the list with the mouse button. The parameters area of the dialog will display its settings. To remove
a stream from the MultiView streams list, select a stream with the mouse and press button in the toolbar or
the Delete button on the keyboard.
