PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Designed with the mantra “keep It Simple” The Portable Filling Unit
KIS is a versatile lubrication tool developed and engineered to refill
central lubrications systems.
The output flow is determined by model ( 1-4 ). The PFU-KIS can be
used in many industries as a lubrication tool for mainly grease and oil
applications, but other viscous fluids can also be pumped.
The weight of only 10 Kg makes it easy to carry the
PFU-KIS around.

ACCESSORIES
GREASE CARTRIDGE HOLDER
Even though our grease cartridges are made in a shape that enables
them to stand by themselves, we recognize that not all cartridges in
the market are created equally.
For this reason we have created a universal cartridge holder which
can hold and support all cartridges currently available on the market.
FLOW SPLITTERS
Our Danhydra Flow Splitter is small and lightweight compared to oth-
er systems on the market. It is used to service multiple lubrications
points at the same time.
It is progressive which means that all outlets give the exact same
amount and if an outlet is blocked, the whole system stops. This way
you know that all lubrication points are being serviced.
The Flow splitters can come with or without hoses tailored to custom-
er specifications.

OPERATING GUIDE
Remove the dust cap (1), then fit the adapter on cartridge and place it
over the Inlet (1).
Connect power chord to power supply (2). Turn On / Off Switch to ON
(3). Switch between Manual or automatic mode by pressing the SET
button (6).
Before connecting a hose to the outlet (8) remember to open Flush
valve (9) while pumping in manual mode to flush machine for old
Grease if needed.
If automatic mode is enabled, turn SET Button (6) up or down to enter
desired volume to be Pumped.
Press START button (5) to begin pumping. START button (5) will turn
red when PFU KIS is pumping.
Turn the Flow Adjustment button (4) under operation to increase or
decrease flow.
KIS Display (7) will show the desired volume and progress if in auto-
matic mode.
In Automatic mode the PFU KIS will stop by itself when entered vol-
ume has been pumped.
NB!
If in manual mode the PFU KIS must be stopped by pressing STOP /
START button (5).
The STOP / START button (5) will turn green when the PFU KIS is
stopped.

ACCESSORIES
At Danhydra we always strive to create the best possible service
experience when using our products. Because of that we have devel-
oped different accessories to enhance the effectiveness of service
when lubricating.
CARTRIDGES
At Danhydra we know the importance of having an air free grease car-
tridge that is easy to handle when lubricating.
That is why we have made ours with a 200 mm diameter that reduces
the height of the cartridge and makes it much more manageable and
able to stand by itself while mounted on a lubrication unit.
When we fill it we rotate it at a 1000 rounds per minute to drive the
air out. The result is an airless easy to handle grease cartridge which
get’s the job done without problems.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING!
It’s important to flush the PFU with the new grease type before use. If
hose to grease point has been used by another type of grease, make
sure that it is also flushed.
WARNING!
Use relevant safety precautions when working with lubrication.
WARNING!
Do not use the Portable Greasing unit for other than the above de-
scribed purposes.
When the PFU is connected to a power source it is
important to never point the hose at humans or animals.
TRANSPORT!
When lifting the PFU always use the case handle originally mounted
to the PFU.
Make Sure to always use approved lifting equipment and take the
relevant safety precautions.
WARNING!
This machine must be connectet to earth!
