Electrostac discharge (ESD) can cause irreparable damage to your plug-in card
and all the connected hardware components! The installaon of the plug-in card
is performed at your own risk. Please have the installaon of the card performed
by a specialised company if you do not have any technical and praccal experi-
ence in the eld of computer and electrical technology. The manufacturer cannot
be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by improper installaon or
use. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any data.
The device has not been approved for outdoor use. It should therefore only be
used in dry areas. Protect it against high humidity levels, water and snow. Always
keep the device away from high temperatures. Do not expose the device to any
sudden temperature changes or strong vibraons, as this could damage the
electronic components. Check the device for possible damage before using it.
The device should not be used when it has been subjected to impact or damaged
in any other way. Please also take the naonal regulaons and restricons into
account. Do not use the device for any purposes other than those described in
these instrucons. This product is not a toy. Store it outside the reach of children
or intellectually disabled persons. Any repairs or changes to the device not carried
out by the original supplier will result in the expiry of any warranty or guarantee
claims. The device specicaons may change without any prior noce.
6. Disposal instrucons
Electrical and electronic devices may only be disposed of in accordance with the
European WEEE Direcve and not with household rubbish. Components must
be disposed of or recycled separately as dangerous, toxic elements can inict
sustained damage on the environment if they are disposed of incorrectly. As a
consumer, you are bound by the Electrical and Electronic Devices Act (ElektroG)
to return electrical and electronic goods free of charge at the end of their useful
life to the manufacturer, the place of purchase or to specially set up, public collec-
on points. The details in each case are governed by naonal law. The symbol on
the product, the operang instrucons and/or the packaging refers to these regu-
laons. By separang materials in this way, recycling and disposing of old devices,
you are making an important contribuon towards protecng our environment.
