電源プラグは必ず根本まで差し込み、AC100V-240V で使用する。感電・発火の原因

となります。

濡れた手で操作したり、電源プラグをコンセントから抜き差ししない。感電の原

電気泳動中は電気泳動槽内のバッファー、ゲルに指や電導性のもので触れない。

感電・けがの原因になります。

パワーサプライから煙、異音、異臭が発生する場合は、直ちに電気泳動を終了し、電

使用しない時は主電源をオフにし、コンセントを抜く。

UnplugthepowerplugofthePowercablefromtheoutletwhenproductisnotinuse.

電気泳動槽にバッファーが入った状態で移動させる場合は、必ずパワーサプライを外し

てから移動させる。もしくは両手でしっかりと支える。コネクター部に負荷がかかり、

故障、落下のおそれがあります。

IfmovingGelelectrophoresistankwhilecontainingbuﬀerinit,separatethePower

supplyﬁrstbeforemoving,unlessholdthePowersupplyandthetankﬁrmlywithboth

hands,aselectrodeconnectorswillbestressed,equipmentdamageordroppingof

パワーサプライや電気泳動槽の汚れを落とす際には、中性洗剤を含ませたよく絞った

布などで拭いてください。有機溶媒を使用すると変形、ヒビ割れの原因となります。

WhencleaningthePowersupplyandGelelectrophoresistank,wipethemusinga

softcloth,dampenedwithmilddetergent.Usageoforganicsolventmaycause

deformationorcreatecracks.

バッファーの濃度が濃すぎたり、バッファーの液温が適正温度（40 度以下）を越えて、

負荷がかかり過電流となった場合、クロスオーバー機能が働きます。

＊クロスオーバー機能：サンプルの変性を抑えるため自動的に定電流制御に切り替わります。急激な変化は

検知され、E1 エラー（過電流エラー）になります。

電気泳動槽に長期間バッファーを入れたまま放置しないでください。電極の劣化のおそ

れがあります。

DonotleavebuﬀerinGelelectrophoresistankforprolongedperiod,asdegradationof

electrodecouldresult.

電気泳動槽およびゲルキャスティングトレイは紫外線透過性の素材を用いていますが、

長時間の照射により変色、紫外線透過率が低下します。また、紫外線から眼、皮膚を

保護するためのバイザーやゴーグルなどを使用してください。

GelelectrophoresistankandGelcastingtraybothhaveUV(Ultraviolet)light

transparency,thoughprolongedexposuretoUVlightmaycausediscolorationor

decreaseofUVlighttransparencylevel.Alwayswearavisororapprovedgogglesto

helpvisionandtoprotectyoureyesandskinfromUVlight.

核酸染色液は人体に害を及ぼす危険性がありますので、使用する際は必ずグローブを着

用し、皮膚に触れないようにしてください。

itmaybehazardoustohumanbody.

電気泳動槽は丸洗い可能ですが、洗浄後はしっかりと乾燥させてください。濡れたまま

使用すると、感電・火災・故障の原因となります。

オートクレーブを使用すると変形、故障の原因になりますので使用しないでください。

外す時は取っ手を持ち上げるように回転させて外します。

PowersupplywilldetachfromtheGelelectrophoresistankbyrotatingtowardsit.

【はめ込み方HowtoattachPowersupplyandGelelectrophoresistank】

はめ込む時は少し斜めにして滑り込ませるようにして入れます。

0-99 分で設定します。終了後は自動的に電気泳動が終了します。0 分に設定した場合、「--」

と表示され連続運転モードに切り替わります。

3電圧設定ボタンVoltagesettingbutton

ボタンを押す度に 50→75→100→120→135V の順で切り替わります。

表示例：50V 設定時には 50V のランプのみが点灯し、120V 設定時には 50・75・100・120V

が点灯します。

2.1.ゲルの作製Agarosegelpreparation

2．使用方法Howtouse

ゲルキャスティング台にゲルキャスティング

トレイ、コームをセットします。

必要量のバッファーにアガロースを加え、加

熱してアガロースを溶解します。

＊0.5×TBE もしくは 0.5×TAE バッファーの使用

を推奨致します。

＊厚さ 4mm のゲルを作製する際には約 70-80mL

のゲルが必要です。厚さ 4mm で 26well 側では

9µL、13well 側では 18µL アプライ出来ます。

アガロースゲルが 70 度以下になるまで放置

し、ゲルキャスティング台に流し込みます。

気泡が入った場合はピペットマンのチップ等

を用いて取り除いてください。

＊70 度以上のアガロースをゲルキャスティング台に流し

込むと、変形する可能性があります。

室温で 15-20 分ほど放置します。
