-Because there will be deviation when each thermometer displays
temperature and humidity, the cabinet provides calibration function.
-When the temperature and humidity display of cigar humidor is deviated
from that of your thermometer and hygrometer, the following operations
can be performed to calibrate the temperature and humidity display.
-It is recommended that the cigar humidor is calibrated after at least 3 days
of operation.
Calibration operation of cigar humidor.
-Within ten seconds after unplugging the power supply and reconnecting the
power supply, press and hold the humidity setting up key. After three
seconds, a number "0" will be displayed on the humidity display board of
the cigar humidor, and calibration can be performed at this time.
Calibration principle.
-For example, when the humidity of cigar humidor is set and 65% is displayed,
your hygrometer displays humidity of 70%. You can enter the humidity
calibration option and add 5 when the humidity calibration shows 0. It is
equivalent to that the cabinet display needs to be 5% higher to match your
hygrometer display.
-On the contrary, if the humidity of cigar humidor shows 70% and your
hygrometer shows 65%, you need to reduce it by 5% in the humidity
calibration option.
-Temperature calibration is not supported at present.
Adding water to the tank.
-At the bottom of the cigar humidor, there is a cigar humidor water tank. The
cigar humidor is a temperature and humidity dual-control product, so it
needs to add water or reduce water according to the actual situation before
it can be used normally. If the water tank is short of water, the humidity of
cigar humidor may not reach the set value.
-It is recommended to add about 50ML of water to the water tank. If too
much water is added, it is easy to cause large humidity fluctuation or
inability to dehumidify of the cabinet.
-Please add purified water or distilled water to the water tank, but do not
add tap water, so as to avoid scale and impurity bacteria pollution.
-It is recommended to clean the water tank once every 15 days to once a
month to replace the water in the water tank.
-The cigar humidor adopts the working principle of internal circulation, that
is, the condensed water generated during refrigeration will flow back to the
water tank, so it is normal for the water tank not to decrease during use.
Lights on.
-The built-in lights of cigar humidor are top cold light LED tubes. The lights
need to be turned on by pressing the key, and it is impossible to turn on
them automatically when opening the cabinet door.
