2.7.1 - Livello sonoro

rativisicuri.Sebbenevisiaunacorrelazionetrailivellidiemissionesonoraed i livelli di
esposizione,questofatto non puòessereutilizzatoper determinaresesiarichiesto l’uso
omenodi ulteriorimisurepreventive disicurezza.I fattoricheinfluenzano ilrealelivello di
esposizionedell’operatoreincludono sia laduratadell’esposizioneche le caratteristiche
delluogodilavoro,ilnumero delle macchine e gli altri tipidilavorazioneeffettuatenelle
immediatevicinanze.Inoltre, i livellidiesposizionesonora consentiti possonovariareda
paese a paese. Queste informazioni, tuttavia, potranno essere di utilità all’utente per
valutarerischiepericoliderivati da esposizione al rumore.
Dai valori rilevati, durante il ciclo di lavoro, la macchina presenta una
elevata rumorosità. Nell’utilizzo operativo della macchina pertanto è
obbligatorio, per l’operatore, l’uso di strumenti di protezione
insonorizzanti, tipo cuffie o tappi adeguati, per evitare, anche nel
tempo, danni al sistema uditivo.
2.7.2 - Emissioni polveri:
Controncatriceinlavoroillivello di polveri emesse presso lepostazionidilavororisulta
essere di 30mmg/m3.
Dai valori rilevati, durante il ciclo di lavoro, la macchina presenta una,
seppur modesta emissione di polveri. Nell’utilizzo operativo della
macchina pertanto è consigliabile, per l’operatore, l’uso di mascherine
di protezione alle vie respiratorie.
2.8 - Vibrazioni:
In condizioni di impiego conformi alle indicazioni di corretto utilizzo, le vibrazioni non
sono tali da fare insorgere situazioni di pericolo. Il livello medio quadratico pondera-
to, in frequenza, dell’accelerazione cui sono esposte le membra superiori non su-
pera i 2,5 m/s2.
2.9 - Ambiente elettromagnetico:
La macchina è realizzata per operare correttamente in un ambiente elettromagne-
tico di tipo industriale. Rientra quindi nei limiti di Emissione ed Immunità previsti
dalle attuali Normative Europee in questo settore.
2.7-EMISSION
2.7.1 - Sound Level
Continuous equivalent level of acoustic pressure in the working place in load:
LAeq=87 dB(A). The values given are noise emission levels and do not necessarily
correspond to safe operating levels. Although noise emission levels and exposure
levels are related, it is not possible to determine from the above values alone whether
further safety measures are required. The true level of operator exposure can only be
calculatedby taking into account the duration of exposure, the acoustic characteristics
of the work place, the number of machines and the other types of processing
operations performed in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, permissible noise exposure
levels vary from country to country. Nevertheless, this information may help the user
to evaluate the noise exposure risks and hazards associated with the use of this
machine.
From the values measured during the cutting cycle, the
machine presents a high level of noise. Because of this, during
the use of the machine, it is required for the operator to wear
hearing protection; like headphones or ear plugs, so as to
avoid any kind of long term damage.
2.7.2 - Saw dust emission:
With the saw on and cutting mouldings the saw dust emission at the operator
positionisofabout30mmg/m33
From the values measured during the cutting cycle the machine
presents, even if low, emission of saw dust. Because of this, during
the use of the machine it is advisable for the operator the use of a
dust mask.
2.8 - Vibrations:
In standard conditions conformed to the indication of machine proper utilization the
vibrations do not create dangerous conditions. The average quadratic weighed
level, according to the acceleration frequency to which arms are exposed does not
exceed 2,5 m/s2.
2.9 - Electromagnetic environment:
This machine has been studied to work in en electromagnetic industrial
environment. It complies the emissions limits of the European rules in this sector.
