Thank you for purchasing this BRERA MILANO watch.
This timepiece has been produced and assembled using the most
advanced technologies and materials to obtain the highest level of
precision and quality.
The following instructions are provided to familiarize yourself with the
functions and care of the watch. To ensure correct use, please read
the instructions carefully.

SETTING THE TIME:
• Unscrew the crown, gently pull the crown out to the 2nd click – position (C).
• Turn the crown until the desired time appears.
• Gently push crown in and screw it back – position (A).
SETTING THE DATE*:
• Unscrew the crown, gently pull the crown out to the 1st click – position (B).
• Turn the crown in a counter-clockwise direction until the desired date appears.
• Gently push crown in and screw it back – position (A).
*IF the time is set between the hours of 9:00pm and 1:00am, the date may not change on the following day.
MEASURING TIME WITH THE CHRONOGRAPH:
• The chronograph can be started and stopped each time pusher (A) is pressed. Pressing pusher (B) will reset all
the chronograph hands to their zero positions.
RESETTING THE CHRONO SECOND HAND TO THE “12” POSITION.
• Unscrew the crown, gently pull the crown out to the 2nd click – position (C). Keep pressed the chronograph
pusher (A) and release it when close to 12, then manually click the pusher (A) until you reach position 12.
Gently push crown in and screw it back – position (A).
USING THE CHRONOGRAPH:
• The chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1/1 second up to maximum of 11 hours, 59 minutes,
59 seconds.

Before diving, check that the watch works normally, and follow the precautions described below:
BEFORE DIVING
• Check that:
• the crown is tightly screwed into place.
• there are no visible cracks in the watch crystal.
• the strap or bracelet are rmly attached to the watch case.
• the time and calendar have been properly adjusted.
• the second hand runs smoothly.
•Never operate the crown when the watch is wet or in water.
• Prevent the watch from hitting particularly hard objects, such as rocks etc.
AFTER THE DIVING
• After each dive, rinse the watch in fresh water and completely eliminate any traces of sea water, dirt, sand, and
more.
• After washing the watch in fresh water, dry it thoroughly to prevent the possible formation of rust.
TO MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF THE WATCH
• CHEMICAL AGENTS: Absolutely avoid contact of the watch with solvents, mercury, cosmetic sprays, detergents,
adhesives or paints. Otherwise, the case and bracelet may become discolored or deteriorated, or suer other
damage.
• PERIODIC CHECKS: It is recommended to have the watch checked once every 3 or 5 years. Have it checked by
an AUTHORIZED BRERA DEALER or by a SERVICE CENTER, to check that the case, crown, gasket and crystal seal
are intact.
• Be careful not to drop the watch and not to let it hit against very hard surfaces.
• If on the back of the watch there is a protective lm and / or a label, remember to remove them before
putting the watch on your wrist.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USING THE WATCH IN CASE OF DIVING

tecnologie e materiali, per ottenere il più alto grado di precisione e qualità.
Le seguenti istruzioni sono fornite per familiarizzare con le funzioni e la cura
dell’orologio. Per assicurare l’uso corretto leggete attentamente le istruzioni.

SETTAGGIO DELL’ORA:
• Svitare delicatamente la corona, tirare verso l’esterno no al secondo click-posizione (C).
• Girare la corona no ad arrivare all’indicazione dell’ora desiderata.
• Riavvitare con delicatezza la corona verso l’interno-posizione (A).
SETTAGGIO DELLA DATA*:
• Svitare delicatamente la corona, tirare verso l’esterno no al primo click-posizione (B).
• Girare la corona in senso antiorario no alla comparsa della data desiderata.
• Riavvitare la corona verso l’interno-posizione (A).
*Se l’orario indicato è tra le 21 e la 1 di notte, la data potrebbe non cambiare al giorno successivo.
USO DEL CRONOGRAFO:
• Il cronografo è in grado di misurare il tempo di 1/1 secondo no ad un massimo di 11 ore 59 min. e 59 sec.
MISURARE IL TEMPO CON IL CRONOGRAFO:
• Il cronografo può essere avviato e fermato premendo il pulsante (A). Premendo il pulsante (B) tutte le lancette
torneranno nella posizione iniziale.
RIPOSIZIONARE LA LANCETTA DEI SECONDI DEL CRONOGRAFO:
• Per riposizionare lo “zero” della lancetta dei secondi del cronografo procedere come indicato di seguito:
svitare la corona ed estrarla in posizione (C); Premere il pulsante (A) no al riallineamento della lancetta
secondi del cronografo sull’indice delle ore ‘12’. Riportare in posizione “chiuso” la corona. Avviare il cronografo
mediante il pulsante (A) per qualche secondo e poi-con lo stesso pulsante-fermarlo. Riazzerere il cronografo
premendo il pulsante (B). La lancetta dei secondi si riposizionerà sull’indice delle ore ‘12.”

Prima dell’immersione vericare che l’orologio funzioni normalmente, ed attenersi alle precauzioni descritte qui di
seguito:
PRIMA DELL’IMMERSIONE
• Vericare che:
• la corona sia strettamente avvitata in posizione.
• non esistano incrinature visibili nel cristallo dell’orologio.
• il cinturino o il bracciale siano saldamente ssati alla cassa dell’orologio.
• l’ora e il calendario siano stati correttamente predisposti.
• la lancetta dei secondi funzioni regolarmente.
•Non agire mai sulla corona ad orologio bagnato, o in acqua.
• Evitare che l’orologio possa urtare oggetti particolarmente duri, quali rocce o simili.
DOPO L’IMMERSIONE
• Dopo ogni immersione risciacquare l’orologio in acqua dolce ed eliminare completamente qualsiasi traccia di
acqua di mare,sporco, sabbia, ed altro.
• Dopo aver lavato l’orologio in acqua dolce, asciugarlo accuratamente per prevenire la possibile formazione di
ruggine.
PER MANTENERE LA QUALITÀ DELL’OROLOGIO
• AGENTI CHIMICI: Evitare assolutamente il contatto dell’orologio con solventi, mercurio, spray cosmetici,
detergenti, adesivi o vernici. In caso contrario, la cassa ed il bracciale possono scolorirsi o deteriorarsi, o subire
altri danni.
• CONTROLLI PERIODICI: Si raccomanda di far controllare l’orologio una volta ogni 3 o 5 anni. Farlo vericare da un
RIVENDITORE AUTORIZZATO BRERA o da un CENTRO DI ASSISTENZA, per controllare che la cassa, la corona, la
guarnizione ed il sigillo del cristallo siano intatti.
• Fare attenzione a non lasciar cadere l’orologio e a non farlo urtare contro superci molto dure.
• Se sul retro dell’orologio vi una pellicola protettiva e/o un’etichetta, ricordarsi di toglierle prima di mettere
l’orologio al polso.
