VI - FONCTIONNEMENT
6-1. SEQUENCE DE DEMARRAGE (Fig. IX)
A la mise sous tension du pupitre, la version logicielle s’affiche (voyants
allumés fixes) sous la forme a.b.
- le “a “ est indiqué par les voyants des touches 1 à 4 et correspond aux
chiffres de 1 à 4.
- le “b” est indiqué par les voyants des touches 5 à 14 et correspond aux
chiffres de 0 à 9.
Par exemple, l’allumage des voyants 1 (a = 1) et 8 (b = 3) donne la version
1.3.
Ensuite, un voyant clignotant indique l’adresse configurée sur le pupitre
(adresse 1 à 16).
Enfin, un cercle lumineux apparaît, signalant la recherche d’un système
hôte. Dès que la communication est établie, le cercle s’éteint et le pupitre
est opérationnel.
6-2. MODE DE CONFIGURATION (Fig. IX)
L’appui simultané des touches “Mic” et “Carillon” pendant 2 secondes per-
met d’entrer dans la 1ère page du mode configuration : réglage des
volumes.
- Les voyants 9 à 12 forment le vu-mètre indiquant le volume du carillon, et
les voyants 13 à 16 forment le vu-mètre indiquant le volume du micropho-
ne.
Chaque voyant peut prendre 3 états différents : éteint, clignotant ou allumé.
Le groupe de voyants éteint signifie que le volume est à 0, le groupe de
voyants allumé signifie que le volume est au maximum.
- Les touches 9 et 13 permettent de diminuer et les touches 12 et 16 per-
mettent d’augmenter les volumes correspondants.
La touche “Cancel” permet de passer à la 2ème page du mode configura-
tion : configuration de l’adresse.
- Les voyants 1 à 16 indiquent l’adresse de communication paramétrée. Le
changement d’adresse est réalisé en appuyant sur la touche associée (ex :
touche 2 pour adresse 2).
La touche “Cancel” permet de passer à la 3ème page du mode configura-
tion : activation ou désactivation des touches de sélection de zones et appel
général.
Les voyants 1 à 16 et Appel Général indiquent l’état des touches du pupitre.
Chacune de ces touches peut être :
- Activée (voyant allumé) : le fonctionnement de la touche est normal; sélec-
tion et signalisation de la prise d’une zone ou d’un appel général.
- Désactivée (voyant éteint) : le fonctionnement de la touche est inhibé ; pas
de sélection ni de signalisation de la prise d’une zone ou d’un appel général.
La touche “Cancel” permet de sortir du mode et de mémoriser la configura-
tion.
6-3. MODE NORMAL
Les touches 1 à 16 permettent de sélectionner les zones de diffusion.
La touche “Appel général” permet de sélectionner l’ensemble des zones
présentes sur le système.
La touche “Annulation” C permet d’annuler la sélection en cours.

6-4. DIFFUSION D’ANNONCES
La touche micro O permet de diffuser une annonce par le microphone.
L’opérateur sélectionne les zones de diffusion et maintient la touche micro
enfoncée tout le temps de l’annonce.
6-5. LE CARILLON
La touche carillon
permet de déclencher un carillon avant de diffuser une
annonce par le micro. L’opérateur sélectionne les zones de diffusion et main-
tient la touche carillon enfoncée tout le temps de l’annonce. Lorsque le
carillon est terminé, le voyant micro s’allume indiquant à l’opérateur qu’il
peut faire son annonce.

Dans le cas contraire, veuillez appliquer la règlementation locale du
pays d’installation du produit.
VI - OPERATION
6-1. SEQUENCE OF UP (Fig. IX)
A power-up console, software version appears (lights lit fixed) in the form a.b.
-- The "a" is indicated by the lights of the keys 1 to 4 and corresponds to the
numbers from 1 to 4.
-- The "b" is indicated by the lights of the keys 5 to 14 and match figures of 0
to 9.
For example, switching on lights 1 (a = 1) and 8 (b = 3) gives the version 1.3.
Then, a flashing light indicates address configured on the desk (address 1 to
16).
Finally, a circle of light appears, indicating the search for a host system. Once
communication is established, the circle will go out and the desk is operatio-
nal.
6-2. CONFIGURATION (Fig. IX)
The support simultaneous keys "Mic" and "Chime" allows for 2 seconds to
enter the 1st page of configuration mode: setting volumes.
- The lights 9 to 12 vu meter indicate the volume of the chime and lights 13 to
16 vu meter indicate the volume of the microphone.
Each indicator may take 3 different states: off, flashing or light.
The group lights turned off means that the volume is 0, the group of lights lit
means that the volume is at maximum.
- Push 9 and 13 can reduce and keys 12 and 16 can increase volumes corres-
pondents.
The key "Cancel" lets go to the 2nd page of configuration mode : configura-
tion of the address.
- The lights 1 to 16 indicate address communication set. The change of
address is done by pressing associated (eg press 2 to address 2).
The key "Cancel" lets go to the 3rd page of configuration mode: activation or
deactivation of the selection buttons zones and all call.
The lights 1 to 16 and all call indicate the status of keys console.
Each of these keys can be:
-- Enabled (indicator light): the functioning of the key is normal; selection and
signalling to take a zone or a all call.
-- Off (indicator off): the functioning of the key is inhibited, no selection and no
signs of making a zone or a general call.
The key "Cancel" let out of mode and store the configuration.
6-3. NORMAL MODE
The keys 1 to 16 to select areas of broadcasting.
The key "all call" allows to select all areas on the system.
The key "Cancellation" C allows you to cancel the current selection.

6-4. ANNOUNCEMENT BROADCASTING
The microphone key O is used to select the microphone in order to broadcast
an announcement.
The operator first selects the broadcast zones and then holds down the micro-
phone key while making the broadcast.
6-5. CHIME
The chime
key is used to broadcast a chime before using the microphone
to broadcast an announcement. The operator first selects the broadcast
zones, and then holds down the chime key for the duration of the chime
broadcast. Once the chime broadcast is complete, the microphone indicator
lights and the operator may then broadcast his announcement.
